Whataburger, San Antonio TX

They forgot my syrup for the pancakes and didn't put my burger in the bag. All I had to eat was dry pancakes and cold fries when I got home. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answer.

Been in this line for an hr and there were only 4 cars infront of me. Now there is a whole line of cars behind me in line. This location always takes forever.

Best grilled chicken burger I can have! Been eating Whataburgers since they opened in McAllen, TX in the 50's! Whataburgers all I ate while I was pregnant in the 73's!

Depends on the day of the week tells whether you'll get fresh French fries and a burger or something that's been sitting around for a while. Our visit last week, we waited 25 minutes for a dine-in meal only to get cold fried over salted, burger on stale bun for my burger.

Mgmt has three employees outside in 29° weather while its misting. Drive through worker, inside the window in the heat asked if we wanted anything else. We said yes, a strawberry jam and lots of ketchup. We got 5 jams and no ketchup. The burger was so messy, I had to put it together. The honey butter bisquit had honey literally all over it. Typically, we can easily eat and drive with no issues at other locations. The drive through experience was not pleasant this time. Thats shameful when theres workers willing to smile in 29° wet and cold wind to bring good service to the general public.

The lady who took my order was very rude by saying "I'm sorry? ", I repeated what I said louder and she responded, "I heard you. " I couldn't understand her instructions after that because she spoke too fast. I have never experienced a rude service like this.

The food was good as usual, but I ordered online 2 hours in advance and pickup at curtain time and still did not deliver to my vehicle 20 minutes later after my arrival time and had to get down to the register to request my food. So disappointed in management.

Fries were cold & soggy. Bread felt like it had paper wrapper in it. Bacon was not crisp. It was just a meh experience. Much less than I expected from Whataburger.

Everything was absolutely delicious. Mr. Alejandro was so nice, friendly and understood my situation. 5 stars is not enough. He deserves 10 stars as well as the rest of the employees.

So gross. The food tastes like it was heated up in a microwave after being left out for hours. I honestly don't understand the Whataburger hype. I would much rather go to in n out burger. The customer service sucks. The food sucks. No thank you.

They can't seem to get the orders right. I was there because I was getting a free meal from my previous visit. Plus I ordered something else, they forgot a large fry and forgot to add cheese on one of my burgers.

Gosh best burgers, huge tasty amazing thank youfor makeing my stay over there visiting from Germany one of the best experience regarding burger and especially your cuacomole sandwidch ever: -D we will be back for sure

When I lived in San Antonio, breakfast was either inside or drive thru at this location almost 5 days a week. I had a special order and the crew would even recognize my voice over the drive thru speaker. I miss my friends there.

Overrated. The fries/cinnamon rolls are nasty, but the sandwiches are ok. It ain't worth the hype, but if you never had it's cool to try.

The workers didn't know what they were doing they would drop me stuff all over the place they were too long to take orders too long to deliver the orders they were not checking the stuff in the window the stuff no window was sitting there for at least 20 minutes over always just a terrible experience

For fast food, everything was great. The order was correct, the food was hot, and we were quickly served. The business was clean and the people were friendly. Their willingness to ensure everything was perfect for us was wonderful.

The food was great, the tables, and I mean tables were dirty as we looked for a place to sit. We sat at a dirty table then we cleaned it ourselves, not goid enough, we asked an employee to clean it for us.

A double meat double cheese and fries aren't he best! What I looked forward to when I moved back to Texas!

Waited for longer than 15 minutes but it was during a peak time. However food was worth waiting for. Wish they would give a timeframe before taking my money and telling me to pull forward and wait.

Whataburger has the perfect name because their hamburgers are better than all the rest.
If you are out for breakfast the biscuits and gravy are soooo good.
