The last few times I have gone, a lot of nerve and sebum are coming out, a few years ago they were better

Pretty Good. Everything is on point. Prices are reasonable. I can say I tried almost everything.

As many years as I've drove past this place I never stopped. But glad I did because now I'll stop by more often

Literally ask for a plain large burrito 12$ and when you get it there’s literally no meat.

Chicken was really good. Beans weren't that good. They were suppose to be charro beans, they had no ingredients in them that indicated that. Just regular plain beans. The white rice was bland. No flavor and had a bunch of vegetables in it. It wasn't good at all, too hard. I only liked the chicken, it was the best! That's the only reason I gave it 5 stars.

I placed an order that was over $470 two days ahead of time so it would be ready on time. I even called two days before I place the order to make sure that they would be able to handle it. I was told it would be no problem. It was an hour late. This was for a business function so that’s unacceptable.

One of tha 1st things I look for in a restaurant that I've visited multiple times, is consistency! They have it!

The tacos were not fresh at all and I PAID extra for cheese and they BARELY put any cheese on my tacos! Not to mention when I tried to call NOBODY answered the phone!

They use to have great service and food years ago but they have went downhill. With so many other great taco places in Baytown, they definitely do not have worry about me coming back.

I’m serious about good Mexican food especially burritos. This place is hands down some of the best in the Houston area! Great price, quick service, authentic feel. Wood burning grill with almost everything else made in house. 10 out of 10.

Food is definitely good. The chicken has a distinct taste you won't soon forget. The staff is young and friendly. I have ordered online and called it in, my food is always ready and hot. Give it at least a try. I doubt you will be disappointed.

I love their burritos! The portions are huge! Quesadillas are huge and delicious. It's always packed and they are still able to get my order rather quickly.

Been a huge fan of Whatapollo but recently their quality went way down. The past 3 times we’ve ordered their chicken it has been undercooked, in fact we had to finish grilling it at the house. Stop hiring high school kids who don’t care about life or quality.

It's the best oven grilled chicken I ever ate.
The chicken always tender. The workers are always smiling at the customers. The wait time is not very long.

Honestly, I am just as surprised as all of you are after seeing why I have chosen one star for this place. Let me be the first to say, that we have been coming to this establishment many times. However, it seems like this time they were completely off! From the food, to answering a simple "5 calls" later.

My coworkers and myself decided that this afternoon we were going to eat Whatapollo.

Upon trying to get in contact with an employee, the phone calls did not go through. So our only other option was to order online, which was what we dreaded the most. Due to the fact that in the past, we have utilized this service; and have always come short on meals/errors. Unfortunately, we had to go this route. As you can see in the receipt attached, we were very specific on the items that were ordered.

Yet upon receiving our meals, all the burritos contained what we feared the most would happened- what we did not want.

We attempted a 5th phone call on another phone, and an answer: Eric. Eric who also was able to verify that we did not want these items on our meal. Confirmed that an error had been made. They still decided to go about making the burritos how they wanted. He simply apologized And disregarded what was done and did not offer to make it right sadly.

As mentioned above the food did not have flavor and the meat was Overcooked. Charro beans contained an enormous amount of vegetables that were not necessary. It appeared to have been what was remaining at the bottom of the crock pot. My burrito, contained cheese. I was clear, that no cheese was to be added.

When upon pick up, Eric was advised that the phone had been off the hook and wondered why he did not pick up. His simple response was that he could not not hear it.

Again the place in the past has been amazing. Not sure what's going on. However, if you're going to offer a service such as online ordering. Please think this thru before you do it! Whatapollo-Please follow through with completing simple and specific instructions.

On top of that, to put the cherry on top. You get an online fee of $1.50. Had you all answered the phone would we have been charged for this too?

This place should have 5 stars! Love this place! Food is so good! Oh and I don't speak Spanish and we communicate just fine and they're always fast. This place is my favorite place from Texas to Louisiana!

Great hole-in -the-wall place that services burritos and tacos. Their burritos are pretty big and very delicious. My wife always gets their quesadillas which are also pretty good and flavorful. I've taken a few coworkers here and they've all been satisfied and went back. Of course you can't forget the hot sauce - theirs is great both red & green. Hope this place sticks around!
