Hands down beautiful dresses.
Went looking for a Prom dress with my daughter. I gave two stars because of the customer service.
Not very welcoming or helpful.
I guess this place isn’t for everyone?

This place is such a vibe. The gowns and dresses are just beautiful. The attendants were very helpful. They also have a layaway for the ballers one budget.

I do NOT recommend going here. I called to make appointment for wedding dresses since I looked on their website and they have a whole collection. The women on the phone should’ve just said we don’t want you to come in cause it’s prom season. At first straight up told me they don’t have amy wedding dresses and I was like well on your website you have a whole collections and she said welllll you’re calling during prom season? Like okay should’ve just told me you didn’t want my business.

Lots of helpful people and great selection. But I think they need to pay more attention to the fitting rooms during busy seasons. Girls walking around In the same dress for 15 min taking photos etc while there is a 1 hr wait time to get in to try anything on.

Going to this store was literally the worst experience
Went to go see some dresses found one went to see if I can try one I couldn’t even tell where the line started and ended. I TRIED to find an employee so I could ask for help but I couldn’t even tell who was a worker and who was a customer. When Confronted them about the service they completely disregarded it.

Highly disappointed, technically used dresses from 600 to 1,200. No dresses to buy, they had to get fixed and clean with THAT price tag, no thank you. By the way the wait for a dressing room is 2 hours with one girl helping 10 dressing rooms.do NOT recommended.

So crowded, nobody could tell you how long of a wait it could be, there was just one sale-person (teenager) per every 10 fitting rooms? The dresses from $499.99 up to over $1,500. With lipstick's mark, ripped zippers, no BRAND NEW dresses, when we found the right dress I figured they had back ups. The solution was to pay $699.00 for the dress and leave it behind so they could fix it and clean it for me, no holds either after waiting 3 hours to get a fitting room and another hour trying to try on the 6 dresses picked by my daughter with broken zippers. RIDICULOUS!

The workers were very nice and helped a lot. Would definitely recommend and my new go to dress store!

Always such an amazing experience at the Ft Worth location from the dress selection to top notch customer service. A HUGE thank you to our consultant, Ashley, for encouraging her to try on “the winner”. We will definitely be back for prom season.
