Wheatland Dental Care, Dallas TX

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called to set an appointment for a loose tooth. The lady that answered the phone asked “Can you not pull your own tooth”. I informed her no because the tooth is still attached to gums and roots she then stated “Are you sure you can’t pull it”. Very unacceptable! If i could pull my own tooth I would not be calling to set an appointment.

Staff is very friendly I would rate my experience 3 out 5 Dental Office good with teeth cleanings but lack experience staff for Dental Surgery but always ready for payment or to run insurance bill up so far I spent $2000 for poor Dental work that I will have to get corrected at another Dental provider. I've had several Dental Surgery at this clinic that was very poor service root canal, upper bridge, wisdom tooth pulled which I had to continue coming back afterwards for follow treatments do to surgery infections. I would recommend this place as a last option if you need major Dental work.

Had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes in the waiting room. I finally got to the room. She took a picture of the tooth that's been hurting from 2 months ago when they did the filling. The doctor came in look at my tooth and the picture and told me she will explain everything to me. She told me I need a root canal and a crown. I asked what was the purpose of me getting a filling. She left out of the room and never returned. It's been 30 minutes so I decided to leave. When I was leaving a lady was chasing me down with a paper of how much it will cost. I guess it's all about the money. I brought my sister lunch, we had beeb there from 12: 45 to 3: 08pm. SMH 2 hours for no work done on my tooth just took a picture.

Scheduled for a 1330 appointment wasted my time to sit in a chair for 2hours for the techs to tell me the Dr could not see me today.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I went to them last year for fast braces and was only suppose to have my braces on for 6 months. My teeth weren’t bad I just had a overbite.and in a three month timeframe two doctors Quit! Dr #1 shaved two of my teeth down for no reason, leaving me with to gaps. Dr #2 tried to fix the first doctors mess by filling in my tooth with cavity filling.and after all of that Dr Suggs left me with an assistant which moved my bracket back causing one of my front teeth to be longer than the other.he didn’t want to hire a new Dr so Im just stuck! I find my self crying every time I look in the mirror. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT GO HERE

Staff really goes out of the way to make your experience pleasing. Most importantly, I noticed the very warm interactions between staff and other patients. It really creates a comforting atmosphere, relaxes anxiety, and let's you know you are in good care.

Wheatland Dental Care is a great dental practice. From the employees that work there that you make you feel comfortable and do their work very good. If you are looking for a great dental place than wheatland dental is the place for you.

Wheatland Dental is an awesome place for any dental needs! They are friendly, patient, caring, and very thorough with their teeth cleanings. We bring the whole family in every six months for our dental care. Great place! I highly recommend you give them a try!

Dr. D is an awesome dentist. I would definitely recommend him and Wheatland Dental. Their hours are great and the staff is even better. Dr. Sugg and Dr. D are the best. Dr. D gave me my first "painless" dental procedures and I am still amazed with his work ethics! He's awesome!

I have been coming here for over ten years and their service is excellent. They are proactive and try to educate their patients to ensure healthy teeth.

I chose Wheatland Dental due to emergency circumstances and I'm very pleased I did. Dr. Dee & staff took very good care of me and now my husband and myself chose Wheatland Dental for our dental services.

The staff is SO RUDE. Picking up my husband I found the door locked, it was saturday 4pm. After waiting 5 minutes of ringing the door bell and knocking on the door the Asian woman popped her head out as if she didn't want to let me in. She kept asking if I had an appointment. I told her repeatedly my husband was here getting a service done. I guess she thought i was lying! Mind you it was 30 degrees outside, I had my 3 young daughters & they needed to potty. I didn't realize we weren't welcome even though my husband was getting a root canal IN THE OFFICE.

When I asked why the door was locked the woman just walked off on me. I asked a man and he said it's because they closed at 5 p.m. On Saturdays. I followed up with "well the door outside says you're open until 7pm, if you close at 5 it's 4 right now so the door should be open and you should probably get the door bell fixed since I was out in the COLD with my GIRLS waiting for 5 minutes. " He gave me such an ugly look.

While waiting for my husband to finish up the "children's play/game room" is far from the sign. It has NOTHING to play with and ABSOLUTELY no games, not even books. It's just a ROOM with 2 chairs & a few movie pictures frames. If this is how they treat children, I've seen how they treated me. I'd hate to see how they treat patients! #CurrentlyWaitingOnMyHusband #4HoursForARootCanal

The staff at Wheatland Dental is professional and attentive to you as a patient. The facilities are neat and clean yet do not give the sterile feel of a typical dentist office. Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and warm. Best of all they worked to develop a dental plan that works just for me.

Extremely professional people - receptionists, hygienists and dentists. Highly skilled people. My family goes there for dental cleaning, deep cleaning and root canal you name it. Good place to go with peace of mind. My only concern as they push for additional services as you go there. However I recommend this place to others.

Dr. French did a great job. He was compassionate and highly skilled, he took time to explain exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it and the shots he gave me were completely pain free. I could hardly believe it. Highly recommend.

I was referred here by another location last year and have had nothing but good experiences here. In fact, I never went back to the horrible place that referred me lol The staff is caring, informative and I feel that they really do teach you how to take better care of your teeth. I'd highly recommend them for dental care!
