Wheatland Terrace Apartments, Dallas TX

Lived here for 6 years and there was always issues going on. Nasty place to leave specially for your little one this apartments were always infested with roaches, rats ect.you will lose your deposit no matter what! Wouldn't recommend this place to Noone.

Ever since new management they "haven't had time to fix the AC"
I'm pretty sure others had complain because their phones use to ring now it goes straight to voicemail
They aren't worried about it because their AC IN THE OFFICE IS RUNNING JUST FINE!

I would give them no stars if I could. They don’t fix anything, they are never in the office during business hours when they are supposed to be. The roaches are out of control, the tenant leave garbage everywhere, and don’t control their children.

I’ve been a resident for about 10 months and there’s always a problem:)

I’ve been asking for 2 months to have mold fixed in my apartment and the owner told me they’re “working on emergencies at the moment. ”

I came home a few days ago to a note on the INSIDE of my door saying I violated my lease by having a dog and if I didn’t get rid of it in 3 days I’d be fined $100, but everybody and their mother has a dog.

And the worst part is every time I talk to a worker they have the stank face like I’m not important. Y’all should really treat your residents better!

Good place to live. Nice and roomy they are fast on fixing things when you make a report.
