Great clean and see through waters has so much to do. Just make sure when your pregnant were comfy shoes for good fishing spots.

BEWARE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! Parasites in this lake! Our children swam here on 5/9/2021 and immediately after getting out were red and itchy all over. Crying and miserable. They have swimmers itch. Do not swim here until you know the water is clean.

It was beautiful. Not crowded at all. I love that part. I do hate the fact that there is long plants growing out of the water where you can swim. And also pretty pricy. I can understand 20 for a whole day but my daughter and I ($10each) spent 1 hour there.we had a great time tho. Water was amazing.

Clear water, peaceful and water wasn't hot. Not a lot of people and lots of room to spread out. I didn't see any bathrooms is my only thing I would've liked to see but might've just been at wrong part of park. Fee per person. But totally worth it on a hot day and could stay for hours.they even have a person to stamp your hand so you can come back within the same day if you need to go somewhere for something. Small town not too far from park.

Really clean and family oriented. Just don't stay one minute past close or they get really mean!

This park is really nice the only reason for the 2 stars is because of the confusion they caused on pricing. We went 2 weekends in a row. The 1st weekend it was only $2 a person, the next weekend it was $8. Seriously dont know how or why the price jumped but it caused alot of confusion we only took out enough money from an atm to cover the $2 per person and with there being 10 of us that's a big price difference. The person told us since we didn't live in the county it was $8 but if we did it was $4. Which still didn't explain why we were only charged $2 per person last weekend. There wasnt any special events or anything going on that weekend to our knowledge. They even checked our registration sticker, which is weird. The lady was kind of rude about it. So we decided for that price we'd rather go to the grandbury beach park where it's free.

We had a great time. Park hosts are very nice and helpful. Entrance fee is reasonable and it is very clean.

Very nice lake in Glen Rose, Texas, amazing Fourth of July firework show. Great for boating, fishing and overall recreational area.

Every time we have gone, we have had a blast. It's always clean with plenty of parking and shelters to choose from. We have also reserved the gazebo several times no problem. For the 4th of July they offer great entertainment and fireworks. The water is always clean also. They have great fishing areas too. There's something for everyone to do.

It's a great family place to go for an afternoon. We always enjoy it. Downside, no alcohol.but it's always a fun day there. Definately well kept

Great place to fish and swim with beautiful clear water. Children can play and swim without fear of crazys on jet skis.

You can fish and swim they have walking trails.you can also canoe and BBQ. It's really clean and beautiful

This is one of my favorite local scuba spots. Visibility is great for this area. There are no airfills or dive shop here but it's a nice place to take the family and enjoy a day.

Very relaxing, no power boats allowed, very clear water with 15' to 20' visibility, if you are a Diver a great place to dive. Wide variety of fish, sunfish, bass, pike and very small transparent jellyfish at 25' depth.

Whatever elderly couple that was working on July 9,2017 after 5 pm, a man and a woman, we're extremely rude to me and my family when coming in.
