Which Wich Northpark Center reviews
6Gerry V.did a fantastic job with my sandwich, and made my day by sneaking a free cookie into my meal. Great food, and I loved the personal touch by the employees.
Food well, but the lady who took my order made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. She kept tapping her nails on the cash register while I was choosing my toppings I didn’t appreciate that at all.
I love Which wich! However, I HATE the changes to the new menu! Simple, normal, foundational Toppings were replaced with new, unusual Toppings. No olives, no bacon, no, red onions.instead candied bacon, pickled onions, etc. I get the change from "write on your own bag" ordering. That had to be expensive in the new world. I liked it, but I get it. Ultimately, I don't care how I order it, I just want the original reason why you are/were the best sandwich company to be restored.
This location recently reopened with notable changes to ordering options and quality of the food. The brown paper bag listing all available choices are gone. Instead, two kiosks are available with a limited number of sandwiches and somewhat funky, now standard ingredients like crushed potato chips, 1000 Island dressing and cheese sauce (instead of cheese slices). Changing these ingredients involves going through different screens on the kiosks which can be stressful when someone else is waiting to order.
Side note: the ordering kiosks are buggy so then you have to get the attention of one of the usually invisible workers because of the big, solid barrier which limits interaction and prevents customers from seeing the workers and any food preparation.
We had to search to find the meat on one sandwich tonight, the sandwiches appeared smaller than just a couple of months ago, and they just didn’t taste right. We paid about $30 for two regular sandwiches and two regular drinks. Even the provided cookies were stale.
Tonight was our third and last visit, which is sad because we really liked the original concept of good sandwiches prepared exactly to each customer’s specifications. Instead we threw most of our meal away and left with a bad taste in our mouths and upset stomachs.
It's been 2 years. Not a very triumphant return. The new kiosk does not allow me to customize my sandwich meal to "No cheese" (I can't eat cheese, it makes me gag), so I'd have to reach over and yell "excuse me sir" to get their attention. That's too much. Let's not forget about the fact that the lamb brunchwitch got discontinued.
Maybe next time, just not today.
They didn’t make my sub correctly and didn’t include half the things I wanted inside.when I opened the sub it had a half eaten cookie inside. I went back to tell them and they argued with me and said they always include a cookie and they said they would “remake” it but I got the same exact sub back!
