Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, Houston TX

I always really liked Which Wich and this location has nice employees and they make good sandwiches so this is not a shot at the people working in the store, but it's pretty annoying that they felt it was necessary to change the bags or at least to the format they are using. Neither bag has the available options myself or my friends would normally have ordered. Just covering the bag my food is coming in with permanent marker to make sure my order is made right because I have to hand write it. So stupid. Did you really save that much as a company changing the bags to this awful design?

Really tasty sandwich. I came by here with a friend and I wanted to meet somewhere else, but she insisted on this place, citing it as her favorite sandwich shop. Admittedly, it had been a number of years since I had been to a Which Wich. I’m glad we came though, because the sandwich was tasty. The fries were okay but were made from frozen, so I would’ve preferred fresh. But I’ll be back for another tasty sandwich.

Loved it. Drove a bit to get here, but it was worth it. Made my own sandwhich and it was perfect. A+

The cashier was super helpful, I didn't know what bread to choose. I wanted a healthier option, he took the time out to grab the keto bread so I could see how it looks before ordering. After seeing, it I went with wheat and was given the option to make it skinny (not a thick). That was considerate, but the sandwich was just meh to me. However, I'll be returning because of the skinny option.

Manager Perri seems to be a very disgruntled person. He is beyond unprofessional and it clearly shows in his demeanor. I had orders to pick up by 11: 20am and it was 11: 55am when i asked what the hold up was for the reamainder of oders. At this point he began speaking loudly to the point where customers in the establishment were looking our way. I told him to bring his voice down and it escalated from there. He began yelling at me in front of his own customers. This should be a clear warning he does not care about what he does or how he does it. This seems to be problem with managers/owners. I am noticing a lot of these negative reviews seem to be about him. Energy and vibes are totally off at this establishment.

Best sandwiches I've had so far. Can't go wrong with the Wicked sandwich MY FAVORITE one so far

Really great subs that you can customize yourself in a paper and give to the worker, cookies are also amazing.

Ordered sandwiches for my family and I and was disappointed. First when ordering online we were unable to customize our order. So I telephoned in the order which was taken by a "manager". I asked for a turkey and bacon (bacon was an upcharge) sandwich with onions, banana peppers and lettuce, mustard and mayo and to please slice it as it was for more than one individual. As well as a Philly cheese steak (menu said that it came with bell peppers and onions) and to slice it as well. Manager repeated back the order and when we picked it up and got it home it was down hill from there. Receipt clearly identified each item so we thought it would be made to our specifications. Opened the sandwiches and 1) sandwiches are not cut (ok, not a big deal as I can forgive that.). Philly had no bell peppers or onions or cheese despite it being listed as being on it. Paid extra for the cheese and extra toppings so what happened? Then when opening up the turkey and bacon sub. Immediately noticed it was again not cut. As we unwrapped the sub we again saw that the bacon (again we paid extra for it was nonexistent). Had one piece of red onion as if it were an afterthought and two ends of pickles with stems on them. Given the price of the order and placing it with the "manager" and seeing it clearly identified on the receipt. I called the location back and was told I would have to wait "a few hours" as the manager would have to call me back. This was at 8: 00 at night and I would have to call them in the morning. Meanwhile I have guests who are waiting to eat. Called them in the morning by 9: 00 and was told I would have to wait for a call from the manager to see what their policy was to see about their making our order incorrectly. It is now 3: 30pm and I receive a call from a blocked number saying that it was the manager and he remembers taking the order down correctly. I agree with him that yes, the order was taken correctly however, the food was made incorrectly. Instead of being sympathetic or polite he informs me rudely that his location doesn't make mistakes and refuse to correct the problem or refund me my money back. I understand that due to the pandemic we all have had to make concessions or are on edge. Only that is no excuse for being rude or disrespectful to consumers who spend over $30 for a meal. Will not be returning to this location nor would I recommend it unless you want to be treated disrespectfully with an upcharge of added rudeness.

I've been here just about 10x. Food is great but sometimes just good. They don't know how to get free which which, they just gave me $4 off and my small drink cost me $3.75 I bought coupon for free chips and drink with the survey. They just voided so it looks like I didn't order it.other than that, the employees are cool and keep their place clean good atmosphere.

Edit: unfortunately I haven't been here in years because you can't customize your sandwich anymore. I had a favorite go to sandwich and now I have to choose a pre-made sandwich and I can't get my favorite toppings on it.

WW sandwiches are filling and yummy! I had The Grinder. Basically, it’s WW’s version of an Italian sandwich. The bread was flakey with a slight crunch. WW has the best kids menu for most sandwich shops. Cheese pizza, PB&J, grilled cheese or a kids sub. I heard WW now has fries! I wasn’t able to try them because they ran out. Maybe that’s an indication of how good they are or maybe it’s a COVID issue (what isn’t these day… ugh!). The fountain drinks are Pepsi products and the chips are your basic selection: Sun Chips, Cheetos, Miss Vickie’s, Doritos, etc.
It’s a shame to give this review only 3 stars. I liked the food, but the restaurant was pretty messy (multiple tables left dirty forcing me to sit in a spot I didn’t like), the chairs are not comfortable and the noise is not conducive to an enjoyable atmosphere. The metal table tops along with the iron chair legs scratching the floor create a annoying sound. Best to get your sandwich to go.

After getting cursed at subway thats across the highway (9439 katy freeway), i came here.the food was miles better than subways.one thing is that their banana peppers were not as good.

Your door dash and Uber eats option is messed up. When you go to add items on your sandwich and hit save it doesn’t save only way it works is if you hit back after selecting them. Not sure why it’s like this but you should get this fixed. Go try to order off either of those you will see what’s wrong.

1st time here and gotta say I will be back:). I ordered the Grinder and it was good. Went with the regular size, which I thought would not be enough, turned out to be just right. My wife ordered the Cali Ckub which she did not like and it did kinda look like they skipped on the turkey a bit. Got a good laugh from a young guy who got called out for using a free water cup to fill it with paid drinks.

Only one person working during lunch (12: 18pm) had to wait 15 min to get my meal as people were just walking out because there was no cashier was available to take orders.

I got a large buffalo chicken on wheat. It had pepper jack and provolone cheese caramelized onions, Buffalo sauce, ranch, jalapenos, pickles, lettuce, spinach, and cucumbers.

It hit the spot in all the right places.

Had to tell the female worker to change out her gloves after she made someone else’s sandwich, took credit card payments and then started. Gracious people!

Just bad customer service came in at 830pm march 2 and young lady just having a bad attitude with me!
