Staff was very helpful and up front about all repairs. They offered me a ride home when dropping car off and accepted all calls after my car was in their possesion.

Great job repainting the whole front bumper with new emblem conversion replacement. Wheels powder coated and dents removed, flawless.

Nothing like the attention to detail & good old fashioned great customer service from a locally owned old school shop. Kyle, Julie, and everyone else @ Whitakers was aces. Great communication and of course the most important part, the repair is flawless. They coordinated with my dysfunctional insurance co and the rental car company Enterprise on North Lamar who was also great) very well and told me all that I had to know in advance to avoid surprises.and even delivered the finished the work ahead of the promised date. I even got a personalized phone call from the owner asking how everything went… Who does that anymore? They tend to run a bit booked out, but that's because they're great at what they do, and are always in demand. The team at Whitakers is THE BEST! Julie, Cody and Kyle helped me to navigate the complicated process and challenges of dealing with Geico when my car was rear-ended. They went to bat for me, to ensure that my car had a new bumper and repair that was a quality part and their paint and services are high quality. It is rare these days to have such amazing customer service and support. I would highly recommend Whitakers!

After having to deal with a stressful hit and run I couldn’t have picked a better place to go. Julie and the team here were so considerate, helpful and swift with their support. They handled talking to my difficult insurance company and also helped set me up with a rental nearby. They were done earlier than anticipated and were up front and transparent with costs and timeline. I cannot recommend them enough! I’ll definitely be back.

Whitakers is the best body shop I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Very professional, customer-focused, and their work product is fabulous! Did I mention locally-owned as well!

The Whitaker team is really great- helpful, informative, honest, authentic- everything that you'd want in a service provider. Kyle was very attentive and they did a great job fixing my car and also addressing any concerns I had. I had a few questions after the initial repair and they were very responsive and helpful. I am very satisfied with the quality of repair and in particular the courtesy and attentiveness to all of my concerns. My car feels back to new. Would use their services again in the future.

Had the hood of my Volvo XC90 replaced. Great work and it only took a few days. The car came out looking new. Friendly staff. Awesome work!

I needed a whole new back end for my Corolla after a hit and run and they took really good care of me at this shop. Super communicative and great customer service. They worked well with my out of state insurance, & even fixed up an extra scratch for me!
