I wish I could rate zero stars this is my second time with WJ&A. The first time around was great sadly I went through a divorce and thanks to my wonderful ex husband demolishing my credit I decided to sign on again. Well the beginning was great, but, since my analyst left the firm it’s been an absolute nightmare! I’ve had zero results, zero response from creditors and the firm and I’ve been on the program for four months now and my credit score hasn’t changed at all! Their admin said I should hear from their CEO since I told her I want to cancel due to lack of response and results. She explained the CEO would reach out to me and here we are three days later; I haven’t heard from him at all and they are still trying to charge me for their services. It’s beyond frustrating I feel like the firm doesn’t care about their clients and they just want your money which is sad because I highly favored this firm from the first time I worked with them. I hope to get a full refund as they haven’t touched my file at all since my analyst left the firm.

I am a new client for this company. It was an easy process to start and so far I have loved the results. The analyst works with you and explains how the program works! I am hopeful I will be able to be approved for a house at the end of the program.

I started the program in the middle of August and I love how easy it was to get started with the program. I first spoke to an analyst who looked over my credit report. They then had me sign a contract and explain how the program worked. After I signed the contract I had my first set of letters sent out within a couple of days. The program does not delay the process by any means. I am excited to continue seeing an increasing score.

I've been working with Joe for the last couple months and it's been awesome. 80 point increase so far and more to come. He's helped me remove many collection accounts, and establish some positive tradelines. Highly recommend Joe if you need your credit repaired!

Lupe Rivera at White Jacobs has been awesome! When I started on this journey, I was somewhere around a 600 Fico score. He was able to get the collection accounts removed and has worked really hard on removing old items. Today, my scores are EQ-750, TU-775 and EX-766! I currently have over $100k in available credit but to keep utilization low, we try and keep it at 5% or less.
