Crashed several times with friends here over the summer and you get quite a good bang for your buck here and everything is provided to you in your rental contract. The environment is nice and academic and Human Resources are readily available at a moments walk.

Way too expensive for what you’re getting! Tiny rooms & NO PARKING was so annoying. Had to take the bus to main campus even though these apartments are still on campus. I didn’t like having an RA in an apartment still. Trash was really far from us, we had a long walk to get our trash bags to the trash room. Our dishwasher, oven/stove, and washer all broke in one year and each took over 2 weeks to fix & we only got $50 back from rent total when the washer broke & we were told that we would just need to find somewhere to do our laundry for now since they couldn’t fix it yet. I didn’t always feel super safe here either and the walls were super thin so it was loud all the time when people down the hall or outside were loud. It was decent, but i couldn’t wait to get out of there by the end of the year.

This is a very nice well appointed apartment complex for Texas A&M studente. It seems very safe and all the facilities are excellent. Also I believe it is one of the few actual apartments that let you charge through your financial aid although I am not sure how this works.

Appliances constantly break, RA's are the worst on Campus. Prices are almost double compared to Park West or Ucentre/Uclub. Go somewhere else.

Overall it’s a really nice place to stay! It’s on west campus so if you have classes there, then I strongly recommend it since it’s convenient and faster to get to class. However all my classes were on main campus so it was a little far. It’s also slightly isolated so if you don’t own a car, you could be stuck on west campus for the weekend sometimes if the bus chooses not to run. The kitchen and living room area is great, I loved being able to cook and bake. It comes with your own mailbox and is across from the community center which is nice. Rooms are a little small depending on which unit you get assigned to but it’s nothing terrible. I had my own bathroom which I really appreciated. It’s on the pricey side for sure, basically as expensive as apartment rents on Northgate, etc so it’s worth thinking about it before staying here. It was a good year at White Creek! I just won’t be staying for another year because it doesn’t make sense for my situation.

Save your money! The rooms are tiny and rent is roughly $861 a month broken down just for a semester (5months), and that’s with having to deal with 3 other roommates. I paid the $500 cancellation fee after my first semester being here and got a Two bedroom apartment that’s way nicer with a gym, pool and library just 4 minutes away. The walls are also INCREDIBLY thin. If anyone is talking in the kitchen or bathroom you WILL hear them. Staff in the middle office building are usually rude most of the time to whom ever dare ask them anything, even an RA warned me about their attitude prior to meeting the two women that usually down there and the RA was proven correct. Parking is almost ALWAYS full. On numerous occasions I had to park across the street and sometimes I couldn’t find a park at all. Lot 114 passes are NOT cheap either so I should always have somewhere to put my car, right? (wrong!). If you have no option but to live on campus these are the nicer ones because they’re new and near west campus but like I said I found actual apartments 4 minutes away for LITERALLY half the price for a 9 month lease.

Very close to food and has bus route to main campus. I lived here my first two semesters and it was super good. Everything is really laid back and you’re very close to food.

Good place, but not for the cost.

Pros:
Kitchen
Individual rooms with locks
Washer/dryer
Relatively quick maintenance
Community center nearby

Cons:
Hard water
Quite pricey
Near airport so you can hear when nearly any jet lands on the nearer half of the tarmac
External vent system is often loud during high winds.
No parking lot cameras
Hot water sometimes runs out
