White House Black Market reviews
7My son and his baby happened to stop at this store and the people that work there block my son in and then called security on him for nothing all because he black they are very racist and I think something should be done about
It is disheartening that my 2 young black sons had their first racial experience at this establishment at 5 years and 10 months old. The manager shows no regard for the customers and is extremely discriminatory towards minorities. My 5 year old is traumatized by the negligence and racism shown toward he his father and sibling. The corporate office refused to give us a incident report. Laura from customer service stated she couldn't give us names or any info regarding today's incident. I will contact every channel within reach regarding this very serious matter.
My friend and his baby was not welcomed at this particular facility and i believe co workers were being judgmental regarding the fact he chose to spend his money there. My friend is very polite and respectful to authority. The fact of the matter is that he was racially profiled because he’s a black man and was treated differently as if his money is no good there, which is very unfortunate and that also made me feel uncomfortable having that same color skin and not able to spend my hard earned money on things i want just like everybody else
PLEASE DO BETTTER THANKS!
THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE RACIST! I’m a Uber driver and I pull over in the parking lot with my children when I was harassed and racially profiled by the manager and an employee. Their employee blocked me in then proceeded to video record me so I approached them asking if everything was ok she got loud and started cursing at me so I left to avoid the situation. Later I came back to talk to the manager who met me in the parking lot BEFORE I could park, she called security and told me don’t talk to her. Then she told me I shouldn’t be anywhere over here in the first place.
I am so dishearten with this business. They racially profile black men and considering the culture climate and demographics of Houston this is highly unacceptable. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. And be very careful when around this business to avoid potentially being rascally profiled and harrassed.
I normally don’t write reviews, but I was so impressed by the quality of customer services. The sales people treated me like a VIP and customized my shopping experience to meet my needs. Thank you!
I haven’t been to Rice Village in a long time, that I didn’t even realize that you had to pay to park, however when I walked into the store Judith and Jerry welcomed me with open arms; not only did they help me pick up all my clothes, but they cater to me and made me feel like a queen, I had a great birthday celebration and they help me pick out the perfect outfit.
