Have to do a return and they asked me if I bought in their store (?). Then the lady told me she still learning to do return and called another lady come to help. After whispering with each other, they said that i need to wash the shirt because it was dirty.
Don’t know what they talked about since the tags and also size stickers were still there.
I never experienced this weird situation before…
I have no idea!
