4The staff was very rude and disrespectful. Witnessed them being racist to one of their black coworkers, she kept on asking them questions but they would either ignore her or answer her in a rude way. No hospitality at all.
This is my favorite store and i came here too many times and always happy with friendly and helpful staffs, but today i was crying there because staff really mean to me. That never happen before at this store located in La Catera. I am not sure but maybe she is new there, i wish they train her better so no one will get bad feeling like me today.
Now this is the WHBM customer service I’m used to! Had a not so great experience at the San Marcos location. Special thanks to Amy and Nathan at the LaCantera location for providing great customer service and making my shopping experience pleasant
