2 Poor in store phone service. VERY Poor communication by the company as a whole. This company has plenty of areas for improvement in 2024.
I placed an order for pickup and the confirmation email said that I would be notified when the order was ready. I was in the area so I was hoping I could pick up same day. I call the store a few days later and they tell me to just stop by and if they have the items, they will honor the price I paid online. No offer to check to see if my items were available or anything.
I NEVER received a notification by email saying my order is ready and 2 weeks later I received an email saying my order is canceled.
I don’t live near this store so stopping by to see if they MIGHT have what I need is not an option. I wanted to confirm availability and pick up the same day.
So frustrating.
I spend $1,000 at this store and they refused to take back this defective sweater 1 week later. I think the store is losing a lot of loyal customers with these rigid return policies, because why would I continue buying items from such an expensive store that sells defective merchandise?
