Rodrigo is a great technician, and takes care of all of my concerns with my yard, from the ants to wasp nests and being careful not to spray on my herbs, or the seeds/nuts that I put out for the birds and squirrels. Always has a great smile too!

Robert was very informative and professional! He did a great job explaining every process and took extra time to treat our main pest complaints.

Worst service and even worse when you try to cancel. They will continue to send messages that they need to talk and explain the options. If a customer is busy they will send messages that they will continue the services since they were not able to talk. Worse service ever.

James, with White Knight Pest Control, did a great job treating our home today. He was kind and courteous and did a very thorough job.

This has been the worst experience by far. On their “initial” visit they did not take care of the biggest issues around our home, the wasp nest stayed, I called them for a re visit, they came out STILL NOTHING was taken care of. Everyone I talked to was rude and unprofessional, I asked to cancel and they told me I had to pay additional money to what i had already paid to cancel when the service they did was not what was promised. HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT HIRE THEM. The “manager” also said that they basically hire people that don’t know how to do their job. So if that doesn’t yell red flag to you I don’t know what will.

Fulton was excellent! Very polite and knowledgeable. Described the treatment process while he worked assuring us with high quality work. Can’t wait for him to come back for next treatment.

JJ did a great job today. He was on time and professional. He took time to ask about my concerns and then addressed them individually. JJ even found a wasp problem we didn't know we had in a bush. I am glad to have had JJ for my tech today. This is twice in a row I have been very happy with my service tech
