White Knight Pest Control, Inc., Houston TX

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I was a customer for over 5 years. Last service call, the technician did considerable damage to the exterior of my house (I watched him). I sent pictures along with a complaint. No response. This was in September. I told them I was not going to pay for the service until someone contacted me to fix the damage. Crickets. No contact. I received a letter from a collection agency for the unpaid amount for the service call. I called White Knight and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I will be calling the Consumer Protection hotline to file a formal complaint. Only adding one star becasue I cannot add negative stars.

Zach was very professional, let me know when he arrived, if I needed pest control done on the inside of my house and then notified me when he completed his work.

All my contacts with White Knight personnel have been great from the initial contact with sales to all my contacts with the reps who actually treat my house. They have all been pleasant, professional and helpful. Best of all 99% of the bugs I see are dead. Thank you!
