It takes four to five day for your direct deposit to go on your account, other banks take one to two days.your better off going to Walmart caching you check. For me this bank is not worth having.

Do not ever ever get a credit card from this credit Union! You will regret it! They are one of the top predatory credit card companies that I've seen and used I just shut my own down no matter how hard I try to pay it off there was always a balance from a hidden fee and another balance in another balance.

It was a very pleasant experience that I had as I entered WSFCU first off all its very clean organized and Arial, was
very helpful knowledgeable about the services that are offered which made feel really special and I sincerely do appreciate it, your all doing a great job & Overall GOD BLESS YOU'LL RICHFULLY AMEN ALELUYA & REMEMBER TO BLESS AND PRAISE THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AMEN, & once again thank you'll very much!

Vanessa M, the branch manager at the El Paso location was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough in assisting me with information pertaining to Individual Retirement Accounts. Vanessa completed my requests in a timely manner and was so professional. I appreciate that so much. A huge shout out to the staff in all areas of the branch. That's teamwork. Financing a car loan through White Sands has been the worst experience I have ever encountered with a financial institution thus far. From the beginning, our loan officer has proved to be not only incompetent, but also unprofessional and dismissive of our issues. When explicitly asked if she would be available to approve the transaction of the loan at a certain time (We drove out of town for a specific used car and intended to drive back the same day) she assured us she would be. However, when it came time for her to finalize the transaction, we had to wait over 6 hours for her to do so. When pressed why it was taking so long, she informed us (4 hours in) that her computer had conveniently crashed. Any sense of urgency is lost on this institution. When it came time to register our car with the state, she failed to inform us of the necessary items needed to finish said registration until it had been over a month since our loan approval, which required her to rerun our credit to re-approve us for the loan. When we explicitly told her she did not have our approval to run our credit, she did so anyways. When we went to her manager with intent to redact the credit run, she dismissed it, saying "Well in the past, redacting a credit run actually hurts your credit more. " She refused to take blame for the second credit run. When attempting to set up payments for the car loan, I have found the online banking offer by WSFCU is absolutely useless. NO WHERE does it allow me to access my routing number; not online, not on my paper statements, or on any of the previous documents received does my routing number appear. I had to call to receive it. And no where on line does it allow for you to add an external account. This institution is about 15 years behind and clearly refuses to raise their standards, whether it be for their employees or banking in general. If one of your stipulations when choosing a bank is that your blood pressure is raised to unhealthy heights, then by all means, WSFCU is the bank for you.

It is sad that I would have to give this credit union a one star rating. I have been banking with them for such a long time, and I encountered some issues with them. I applied for many other loans at the El Paso branch I didn't have any issues, but when I recently applied for an auto loan the loan officer from Las Cruces was very very unprofessional and rude. She withdrew funds out of my account without notifying me and without my authorization. Also, she doesn't keep communication with you, and blames her errors on others. I had to be contacting her a lot times, and it's very obvious she doesn't take any pride nor cares about how she treats her clients.

Do not give this place your business very unprofessional will not help you or work with you and will try to close your account immediately even if you are one payment behind. Managers are very rude and do not try to work with you. 0 stars for horrible customer service experience
