The staff were very caring and helped ease any nervousness that they may have had. Highly recommend!

I have sugar gliders they can be a hand full sometimes.they don't like being their nails cut at all, they are always very professional, happy to see my kiddos! Even my crabby Patty like girl.
I recommend them hands down!

They were amazing with my fractious cat! We moved here from a remote village that had one vet but had lived in bigger cities before. Each time my cat would go for a Lion cut, of course, they would put her under BUT they would try not to first against my warnings and wishes even with her paperwork from previous vets. They never did labs prior even when I requested it. Not only did Whitehouse Vet require we check out her labs prior to initially putting her under for her safety but when I picked her up she was happy and not sore! I thought it was normal for her to be angry and sore when I picked her up…because it had been like that everywhere before here. I am so impressed and happy we found y’all! We found our forever vet. Thank you for being so good to my girl! Also, the cut was the best it had ever been. A real professional hair cut!

Update: there is a new groomer in town. The staff is real sweet, they have great customer service and prices…are real knowledgeable but my fractious cat will not be getting her groom anymore. Added stars back, the groomer is amazing. My cat is just intolerant to all anesthesia apparently (found this out when I took her to the ER over one weekend).

Very gentle and caring staff, techs, and vet. Helped make the decision to put my Freya to sleep a little less painful for me- I know she was in good hands.

I'm so excited that there's an exotic pet vet! Everyone was so nice, the assistant was wonderful with my kiddos. I would definitely recommend Whitehouse Veterinary hospital!

Called because website said basically set up payment plans and then when I called I was told "oh no we don't do that! "

We have loved the care they have given our pets! Plus the staff is super kind and always available to call and help with a phone question.

It is a little difficult to go into the office as there is no ramp set up for my wheelchair but it is a lower sidewalk and I was able to get my chair up it. But the staff were very hospitable and came out to move the concrete flower pot. Very kind and knowledgeable staff.

Zoe came out smelling like roses and a happy puppy with manicured toe nail. Thank you so much/

The people at Whitehouse Veterinary Hospital are true animal lovers! They have taken care of my animals since I moved to Whitehouse and I trust them completely to do what is best for my fur babies! They are gentle with the animals and are also very accommodating to the owners! I won't take my pets anywhere else as long as I live here!

They are always good about working me in when I need to see a vet on short notice. Also, I never have to wait long to see a vet, and they are all very courteous and friendly.

My first time there, everyone was awesomely helpful and nice. My little Dutch Shepherd is quite a handful but they got her fixed up quickly. I didn't have to wait long. Love them. I highly recommend them

Such nice and amazing staff. They worked with me to figure out why my gecko hasn't eaten in 4 weeks. We finally figured out he had a infection. They explained everything so well for his medicine and showed me how to do everything. Such an amazing vet!

Dr. Reese is one of the kindest doctors and has seen my pets and the rescues that I take under my wing. Mica and Stacia have been there since I was in high school (2015) and they are the sweetest and always see past my girl Sammy's boisterous bark. This establishment truly loves their animals.

It is obvious that everyone at WVH cares about their clients (and the clients' owners) and that is very much appreciated.

Took my African Grey Parrot here for nail & beak trim.very fair prices and will definitely be our go to place for future needs.
