WhiteWater Express Car Wash, Austin TX

A good handful of times now, I’ve pulled up during open business hours to find that there are cones blocking the entrance to the car wash and vacuum station. I’ve actually been unable to wash my car more times than I have successfully been able to wash my car here.

The automated carwash does a good job, and I like the damp rags provided as well as the unlimited time to use the vacuum cleaner.

It's a great place to wash your car with sepf vacuum service, mat cleaners, and pressured air for detailing.

Even though during this situation of COVID-19 I get worried about the people's who work there.

I don't use the automatic wash too often but come here for the free vacuums, free floor mat cleaner and FREE warm microfiber towels for my interior. It can get a little busy but what do you expect? So many FREE stations to use! Sharkys has to step it up.

I cancelled my membership and when you do you have to send an email 5 days before canceling. I did and still I was charged. Kale White the General Manager asked me to go in and get a refund for the charge. I was confused because they can charge your card and please note that card expired but they cannot refund your expired card. Fast forward a month later and WhiteWater is charging me again. I do not trust companies that feel they can take money from your account after following their steps to cancel and its still its not resolved.

Nice job cleaning in wash. Has floor mat cleaners next to vacumes. Considering a unlimited plan to keep the friggin car clean

Great place! Clean.tons of vacs and attentive staff.unlimited wash is perfect since I wash my suv 1 to 2 times per week.

Needed to vacuum my car desperately and found this gem - free self vacuum service and towels free for use. Ended up spending an hour + detailing the car. Looking forward to coming back for car washes

Best carwash I've ever been to im a member now unlimited carwashes for under 20 a month vacuums are very good they also have automatic carmat cleaners

If you get the teaser monthly price of $19/month it's a good deal, at $30 genie is a better deal and they are full service.

Great carwash but I will say that it left some dirt streaks on my truck. Not every carwash is perfect but this one is the best in a 1 mile radius.
