I canceled my memberships and I am still being charged. I had to go multiple times to cancel memberships due to no one was there the first two times.

Prayash thank you so much for your outstanding and dedication as a great leadership within the company in Melissa. You will surely be missed in Princeton. Many many much more blessings is underway. - Much appreciated.

Love it! It cleans very well and the system gives us the car wash we paid for. There are no system errors.

The Manager and staff are THE BEST! The car wash does an excellent job and the business is always clean and tidy.

Not a good car wash. I'm a Melissa resident and pretty much a non complainer but for $22 and this is what you get? ! (see pics) This was probably my 4th or 5th visit and my truck and visit was only good the very 1st time during the grand opening. If you want to do a monthly membership no attendant EVER comes out to the gate arm. Then the attendant at the beginning of the wash basically guides you in. They never scrub anything. Don't waste your money. Hopefully the car wash opening up the road is better.

Did what was needed. They did miss a couple areas but did go back over it with no problem when I brought to their attention.

Drive thru wash leaves dirt on back window. Also, while vacuuming out vehicle other vehicles throw dust right back onto your vehicle going down private rock/gravel/dusty road next to wash

They asked for a tip for driving my car through the car wash. A tip for what? Telling me when to stop my car and put it in neutral? Come on now! Sorry you are getting the bad review as per my rules about tip buttons. Get rid of the tip button and I get rid of the review.

Tried to do a membership twice. They sit in the office and never come out and I have to back out and leave. You get stuck at the computer cause you have to wait on them to come out. And they never do. You just see them sitting in the office doing nothing

Great car cash. Their drive-in wash cleaned my car better than any other car wash that I have used in the past.

Best Carwash in the Anna/Melissa area by far. Pay attention to the person guiding you in and you are golden! Hours of operation are perfect and staff friendly. There are signs everywhere to help you understand what to do its super easy! They do let you know if the mud of dirt or bugs are caked on from a while ago they might not be able to get them off but every wash ive gotten here has been fantastic!

I hadn't gone to the car wash in over a year. My car looked fabulous after my visit. Really good free vacuums too

Beware this is not a car wash I will ever use again. They are rude and not friendly. I will not return.

The car never comes out properly clean. Even with their most expensive wash, the dead bugs on front and the dirt on the rear never seem to get washed off.

New place will never go back.wipers broken plus swirl marks. Went back to cameras and reviewed the tape and seen both wipers intact before entering. Praya.manager did not want to replace or do anything to fix situation. Customers with newer car ls (specially darker color cars) beware of this place this.

Didn’t go as good as a job I was hoping for left my Jeep dirty in spots after going through twice, I’m hoping it’s cause they just opened and haven’t work out all the kinks yet

Great spot. Signed up for the Speed Club immediately so I could take the express lane, because this place is gonna be busy! Car wash does amazing and you come out almost dry as a bone even if you don’t have time to wipe down after. Self service powerful vacuums, floor mat cleaning, window cleaner and all purpose cleaner available, and all the microfibers you can dream of. Very well shaded area for all of these included amenities. Love this place!

Friendly staff and clean facilities. Carwash is thorough and what you would expect from a drive through carwash. What sets them apart in my opinion is the free inclusion of compressed air to clean out your vehicle's hard to reach crevices and free towels. I'm able to get a fast wash for my Rivian R1T and then use the free clean soft towels to dry my truck and even give a quick dusting inside. I currently have the unlimited wash plan and if they keep up the good work and included freebies I'll be sticking around for the long run.

Today was not great, young guy took forever to come out, so i decided to call the store and after 5 minutes of waiting he finally came out no one answered the phone and then he asked me to pull up and then put my car in neutral and I did and then my car started rocking back and forth and he looking at me like it's my fault when I'm having it in neutral he had no kind of empathy he act like he didn't know what he was doing so he stopped it, it wouldn't move and then he tried it one more time I put my car back in neutral and it finally started going and then I got a half window cleaning, my first couple of experiences have been great but today was far from it, it's totally okay if you don't understand or know how to do something but at least don't make the customer seem like it's their fault and be present when a car pulls up!
