We had my car towed from a different town in the middle of the night and they were able to work me in so we could get back to Houston the same day.

Front office staff extremely helpful. However delivery of needed filters from auto supply business to Whitlock Automotive took unreasonable length of time.

Rapid turnaround - courteous service - Reasonable price.

We use Whitlock Automotive for all of our auto needs! Great service, excellent customer care and reasonable costs.
It was time to have my car serviced and I noticed that my Mazda's engine was starting a little sluggish, the check engine light was on, and I had two tires that were wearing down. They diagnosed the issues, and found that the check engine light and sluggish start was due to a bad battery - Whitlock's installed a new battery, two new tires, and serviced my car! They made it so easy!

Bought tires online and made an appointment for installation. They were fast and did a great job.

I called the yesterday asking for a state inspection appointment, I was told they were booked until after the holiday however if I could bring my car in first thing the next day he could try to work it in. I did so and my car was finished before noon! The service here is amazing and they are all so welcoming and friendly. I am referring all my family and friends their for their outstanding service!
