Whole Foods Market, Richardson TX

I don’t shop at whole foods often, it’s overpriced for my budget but I do come by occasionally. I typically like coming because when I do, the store is nice and clean and the employees are always pretty nice. I’m rating it today 3 stars because of the grocery section, even tho I’d like to only put 1 or 2 max for the coffee shop section. (should be 4 for the grocery section but want to emphasize I didn’t have a good experience today).
After I finished shopping today, I went to get coffee. The employee there was judgmental about my choices in a negative way. The whole interaction left me uncomfortable and upset. When I’m paying to receive a service, I don’t appreciate being judged by who I’m ordering from. Please do better. If you don’t like your customers getting dairy or syrup in their drinks, maybe just don’t serve it and don’t be a judgey person especially with your customers.

Clean and well-stocked! The staff was friendly and helpful—a top-notch store. It is a bit of a drive for me coming from Garland, which is the main reason I don't come here as often as I should.

This Whole Foods (WH) location is smaller than the average WF but great. They do have all the necessities, the produce section is small but lovely, they have fresh meat, fish, dairy, baked goods including fresh bread, dry goods, and prepared options. They also have a wellness section, vitamins, and beauty products. The staff is nice and super helpful. If you are looking for the true WF experience you won't get everything here but if you're looking to grocery shop in the neighborhood, I bet they'll have everything you need.

Great store, but the chicken was expired twice when I bought it. So I no longer buy chicken from here

Very clean some had mask on and some didn't I was there up stairs for a group study and it was very quite after we had healthy food from the eating area

Staff was friendly & helpful as always. They had everything I needed and more. The checkout process was prompt, and I was out the door.

Who doesn’t like Whole Foods? I’ve heard it’s overpriced, but I really don’t think those people have given it a chance recently. Prices are very reasonable since Amazon took over. Amazon Prime deals everywhere and free home delivery in two hours. I’ve done the home delivery thing a few times and it’s great!

Quick and to the point review of Genji Sushi. I purchased the Nigiri Roll Combo, took it straight home and was extremely disappointed. The rice was like eating granola; crunchy, hard granola. The Salmon and Tuna were flavorless and dried out, almost like jerky. The initial appearance was okay, but it's hard to tell through the plastic. I've had too many questionable purchases from Genji, and there's no way to really tell if somebody carried this platter around in the store for a while before having second thoughts and putting it back. It is unlikely I will purchase anything from Genji again. Over-priced & under delivered.

I was impressed by the changes that this store has Incorporated into it vs others that I've been to. A wine and lager bar, it's increased selection of different wines to purchase along with all it's usual selection. I liked the open air dining patio. Something else I haven't seen at other Whole Foods. Otherwise the place was what I've come to expect from this wonderful shopping chain. Lots of variety and choices in fruits vegetables meats and other items normally found at a whole foods. So Yes I believe it rates 5 stars.

Expensive prices, as one would expect at high-end grocery store. Vast selection of fruits and vegetables, often including both organic and GMO varieties. There is a butcher station and a seafood station with respective workers to weigh the product out for you. There is also a juice bar and an area where you can make salads and get pre-made food. That's just naming a few of the specialized sections they have. If you like roaming around grocery stores for fun, or want some high-end groceries, this is your place.

Lots of collection yet so expensive. Not a place for middle class people. Yet they are in a mixed neighborhood. Good selection of cheese and fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall it's clean and organized.

Whole foods carries specialty foods that you can not find at regular stores. Whole foods is not too big. I love the atmosphere

I love going into Whole Foods. Produce, Meat Market and the Bakery are what others stores strive to be, but don't go looking for a deodorant or shampoo. Everything they have looks like it was manufactured in someones garage. It is a rule there to absolutely never ever provide a name brand? I mean there has to be one deodorant that meets Whole Foods standards that is also sold at Albertson's or HEB right? I think not.

This Whole Foods has a great bar. My wife loves their salad bar, which has lots of Keto options. But as far as a grocery store, it’s okay. Since Amazon took over, a lot of items have disappeared. So when I need natural products, sometimes I go elsewhere.

Maybe it is Whole Foods as a "whole", or just this one. It has gone downhill fast since they were purchased by Amazon. Produce especially. A couple of examples - Cucumbers that Wal-Mart would not put out, slimy mushrooms a week past their prime. Every week it is something else. The employees know it. They just nod when a remark is made. Tom Thumb has better organic produce sometimes. For these prices I'll go to Central Market. Too bad. I used to love shopping here.

This is our favorite Whole Foods. Sometimes we come just to eat dinner before shopping. The pizza here is great plus they have a pretty big tap beer selection. The produce is always great. They even offer apples, oranges and bananas for the kids while shopping. Also the lattes at the coffee bar is the best I’ve ever had.

Smells like a 7-eleven. Moldy and out if stock mostly. No help at all, employees look like lost puppies. Sad place. Central Market makes America great again!

Love going here! The staff is always helpful and the place is very clean. It sucks they dont sell spinach empadas anymore.

Very good location, clean store, helpful staff. Amazon lockers for your convenience and Whole Foods bar are additional bonuses.

I love the upstairs area in this Whole Foods! You can take your lunch or coffee up there to sit and chat with your friends, or just enjoy the view of the outside or of the entire store. I like the placement of the bar area in this location. I usually always find what I am looking for at this location and I will continue coming here.
