Good place for benefits but the grocery is too small, there was certainly not enough cart.
I was on this side of town and I needed to recertify. They were able to assist me and take care of me. I appreciate Martha and the team for all their help. If you live nearby or in the area and need to update your benefits please come here. The facility is very nice and clean!
Nurses were nice but the time is ridiculous. It should take 2+ hours to get through this process. Totally stupid.
Walk in and the lady tells me it will be an hour. After an hour and 15 mins im told its going to be another 30 to 45 mins.

Always extremely fast and efficient service at this location. You can tell that they actually truly care about the women and children. And they always give us a nice gift everytime we go,!

Loud, dirty, the staff didn't know how to answer my questions or where to direct me. They gave me the address and phone number to a supposed health and human service office on a tiny printed piece of paper, but the number didn't work and it was the wrong office. Not the best.
Well, I see many Hispanics who have treated them badly and well, Ami, they have not treated me at all like they say, Ami feels very good.

If I could I would give ZERO stars! I'm currently at work, trying to get ahold of this place! This is my SECOND time calling and being on a long hold time. My call right now is at 1 hour and 7 minutes! Listening to the 'hold music' just WAITING for someone to SIMPLY ANSWER THE PHONE to answer my ONE question! Changing my WIC office as soon as I get off work to a more PROFESSIONAL location. This is ridiculous!
