Ive been calling all day and they answer me and hang up with out saying anything or it will go to voicemail

With Covid 19 all we did was drive there, park then give them a call. Some one brought us our card out. Easy

So my first time applying I was pretty happy with the service I was given, great people I talked to and overall they were helpful! But I had accidentally missed a class appointment so my WIC was shut off. I do understand on my end it was my fault. I forgot to have a reminder set for it. I applied in august and that appointment was set for October 28th, so I easily forgot. But when I called this time around I didn’t realize it was because I missed an appointment that it was shut off, but when I called and told the lady my WIC was off she was as really rude. I didn’t get to ask how I can get it back on. She asked if I was pregnant or if I just gave birth. I told her I was pregnant and all she said was “then you missed a class, have a nice day” and hung up… was not expecting to receive this kind of treatment because I missed 1 class.

When I first called to registered, I spoke to Cynthia. She was very informative and courteous. She made my appointment easy and kept a really friendly tone. The appointment went smoothly. Parked car outside and called from your car. They will then call you back for information and such. Everything was well executed. They made it feel safe too. Lady was masked when she came out to see me and handed me my WIC card. She made me feel welcomed and didn't rush the process. Thank you!

It's not worth wasting hours of ur life waiting. They do nothing but talk & gossip while u have to wait

Very friendly and polite staff. I had went to a different WIC office and was treated horribly so I chose this one and it was absolutely a better experience. It is hard enough with my 3 babies when the staff isn't understanding. When I came here it was because I was desperate for help and tho I needed certain things I was missing they gave me the opportunity to bring items back and helped me right then and there. People and staff like this have no idea the impact they make on a single mother so I am so thankful for people like this. The other WIC office was on the loop I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone.

The staff is friendly but even with only 2 customers in the office it took well over an hour past the appointment time for the visit to be completed. The wait was especially long to see the nutritionist. This should not be. Appointment was at 11am.it is now 1pm and we are still here. Unacceptable!

The wait time can be long at times but they are kind and have always taken care of my baby's needs

Didn't open at time they say they would. Have people standing outside Good business but can be a little slow

Staff is friendly and helpful, hate the wait tho when we have to go to the back.but my son loves the play area and I like that I can do the classes online.

My appointment was at 2pm it is now 3: 56 and I’m still waiting to see the nutritionist. It is ridiculous that you have to wait this long. The staff just talks and gossips like there are no patients waiting to be seen.

So far, I'm not impressed. I was asked to show up 15 minutes early for my daughter's 10am appointment. It's now 10: 30am and we're still sitting in the waiting room. 45 minutes and counting.
