11I been trying for the past 2 wks to talk to someone but the call won't go through. When it does go through, it end up getting disconnected. I am not sure what's the point of having a line that clearly isn't working.
Office is very clean. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Didn't have to wait long for my appointment. This office is very efficient.
The ladies here so kind, caring, & have so much patient. I’ve gone to other wic offices and they weren’t like here. With the whole recall on formula they have been so much help switching me to my babies needs. Thank you so much Grand Prairie Wic staff. Each time I’ve gone I haven’t felt like I’ve been a hassle or anything.
This is an excellent government office. Upon entering the office the 3 ladies behind the counter greeted us very friendly. I do appreciate it, thank you. Sandra took the information from the individual that I took there after she was done, she came and explained everything and did ask if there was any questions. When good service is provided it should be recognized as fast as negative comments are. The waiting area was very organized and cleaned. Again thank you.
Miles better than the office i used to go to. Everyone is super nice and fast. Love this place. They do their best to help me and be informative.
The ladies are very sweet and kind! When I was missing some benefits they loaded them onto my card with no problem.

Love the convinience of location because it's not too far from my house. They have a good system of helping you out from your car. Usually don't take too long to get benefits once approved then you can go to get the groceries next to the WIC Office and although some stuff may be out of stock it's convenient and the staff is friendly. Would recommend to anyone who qualifies.
