4 The workers at WIC THEY TAKE THERE SWEET TIME TO DO THINGS
I WAS LITERALLY THERE FOR A HOUR! An I was the only one in there!
They need new people in there to help the people like it should be!

I’m only putting one start because have to at least rate this
It's a public service office, and it feels like it. I really only like talking to one of the service women there. It seems like the other desk attendants really don't understand a whole lot about what is going on. While the breastfeeding consultant can be a bit pushy and overbearing, this office makes me feel completely overwhelmed and anxious every time I have to go in.
Bad review. Yesterday I had an appt at 3: 30 & she keeps changing the times and so I called to let the lady know that we will be late for our appt because of traffic then right when we were almost to rockwall from rowlett she tells us that we need to reschedule. She needs to speak clearly on the phone. We were pretty upset to where we arent going back there. My husband was so upset. We are finding a better Wic Office. We tried. (sorry).
Love this office. Super helpful and quick! The ladies here are wonderful!
