Wienerschnitzel, San Angelo TX

I've eaten here before and usually good. This last time though, the chili didn't taste the same. Infact I couldn't eat it all. Something wasn't right.

Since it's a drive thru thiers really no atmosphere to speak of, so that's why I have it a 3 star for that. Otherwise I like to visit them when I'm needing something that's not really heavy for lunch or dinner. It remains a place where I can eat at fairly decent prices.good fast food served hot and fresh.the staff is friendly enough and are good at what they do. BUT it's also a very popular place (obviously) at around the usual lunch dinner hours so it's always really crowded and often long lines to wait in. So I try to go in between those times.

Food left something to be desired, but over all it isn't bad. The service was great! Hats off to the staff.

Haven't been since college more than 30 years ago. My chili cheese dog had a spoonful of chili on one side. Couldn't find the cheese. Fries were both overcooked and undercooked in the same batch. Soda was just carbonated water. Overpriced. Experience ruined my childhood, never going back.

New review. Love this place but I absolutely abhor when they go out of their way to add onions, raw nasty onions, when I didn't ask for them.
Just called, twice. Let it ring over 10 times both times and no answer. Looks like McDs across the street will be getting my business. Love y'all but between the onions and not answering the phone I'm out.
Update: went back tonight, after I had a day to cool down. Asked the staff if the #1 comes with onions. Said no. I said last night and again a few weeks ago that mine was covered in onions. In fact it had so many I threw it in the trash and went to McDs across the street.
She asked what I would like. I said a replacement meal seems warranted. Was told not without the food from last night.
I simply said OK and walked off.
I eat at this store 2-4 times a week. Been coming here since I was a little kid and loving it always. Now I will Not be going back. Sad day for me honestly.
My marketing teacher told me in high school that not only is the customer always right (with some restrictions) but when a good customer wants something you give it to em. A free meal for a customer who spends nearly $50 a week there ain't asking for too much IMO.

Was excited to see Winerschnitzel. Been years since I had eaten at one. The building was run down & paint was peaking. Burger & fries were mediocre at best. Service was ok. Overall. Disappointed.

So yummy! Didn't have to wait too long to get our food! And they got our order right!

Food is always good, but every time we order, the food is wrong. Today I ordered 3 hotdogs and only 1 of them was correct. The service is fast, but checking the orders only takes a few extra seconds.

Chili cheese dog probably would have been 2x better if the employee would have given even a small smile. Maybe just having a day! I will call back

Stop by today, disappointed to with our food. Our corndogs the weenie were a little tough. The junkyard dogs well, the onions smelled like my cousins feet. Couldn't eat them.

It's the chili dogs that keep me going to this place and the service is fast and friendly

Lots of fun interesting options, menu changes often. Drinks and food are good. They may get your order wrong, so make sure you check, but they're good at fixing it quickly.

The food is good and the staff are polite. The only thing that really bothers me is getting stuck in the drive-thru because someone 2-3 cars ahead is still at the window waiting for their food. It's nice that they will let people pay and receive their food if they are a few cars back, but PLEASE change your drive-thru routine. I've been stuck in the drive-thru for 10 minutes many times because a single vehicle at the window is waiting for their food. Please ask people to pull forward or pull around so that customers that already have their food can get home before their food gets cold.

Was tasty, and they did not forget anything this time. Updating to 4 stars and will change again to 5 stars if they continue to get the order right. There are too many issues with getting the order wrong in the past.

Limp Luke warm fries. Cold chili dogs. Young staff couldn't care less what you wanted.u got what they gave you, when they finally gave it to you.
