Do not go here for vehicle service or maintenance!

I had terrible customer service and sloppy work. I figured I would give them a shot since I have never been here before. What a waste of time and money.

Please just stay away from the service center. Go somewhere else!

Terrible Service! Stay Away! Save your time and money! Do not go to Weisner Service Department!

I Needed an alignment to be done in a reasonable amount of time so that I could leave town. I called Wiesner Service department on Thursday they said no time slots available on that day but I could bring in the vehicle first thing Friday morning. I get there at 8: 15 a.m. They tell me we will get to it asap. I wait until 11: 30 (3 hours) giving them the benefit of the doubt before calling to check the status. They tell me they don't know if the car has been worked on but they will call me back with status. They never call. I still give them another chance and wait until 12: 50 p.m. Before calling to check the status. They tell me no it has not been worked on but we will get to it in the next 30 minutes. I say stop, i have been waiting since 8: 30 a.m. And since you have not done the work yet please do not start. Do not work on the car, I will come pick it up. I get there in about 10 minutes, I walk in to ask for the key and no one can find it. They say oh we have it over here at a desk other than the check out counter. They tell oh turns out the work was done. I tell them I was just told ten minutes ago that it was not. They then will not let me leave with out paying for a service that I'm not even sure they did. The charge me $130.35 for alignment including a Misc fee of $9.60. I pay and leave because I needed to leave since earlier. I am upset but there is no way for me to verify if the car was actually serviced and can not fight the miscellaneous fee. I will never go back and I am appalled and upset they are treating people like this. If I could have given a short review I would say "STAY AWAY, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY". Not one person apologized or attempted to explain anything. Wish i could convey how frustrating the whole situation was. Please stay away from this horrible place. They are cheating people with unethical practices and terrible service. I had high hopes because of other reviews, but sadly mislead.

Let me make an appointment and drop my vehicle off. Then called me 2hrs after dropping the vehicle (it was only suppose to take 2.5hrs) off to tell me absolutely nothing was done to my vehicle because they have to order a part before they can work on my type of vehicle. Why even let me make the apt for a certain day if you know you're going to need a specific part before you can operate much less go a whole day without my car.

When in for an alignment left with a crooked steering wheel. It was extremely upsetting because I had to leave town right after so I was not able to say something immediately.

I am convinced that it was an extremely sloppy job.

Save your time and money! Go somewhere else for vehicle service!

Got a good car. My idea of a showroom model and theirs differ, but it's got what I want. Associate is a nice person but, resetting oil use remaining from 76percent back to 100percent didn't do me or my car any favors. The GM is setting me up with another oil change to compensate for this. Overall, not confident in their prep integrity. Washer fluid empty! ALL FOUR TIRES@45-49PSI! If we'd had a blowout, there would definitely be a lawsuit. Thankful, I caught that. I like the car, but I have to check to see what else they screwed up.

Recently, I had service work done on my 2013 Avalanche. The staff here
is incredible, including people-person General Manager Clint McLaren, his Administrative Anne, and Service Manager Steve Hildenbrandt. These
folks take the time to listen to any issues or questions you may have.
They actually CARE about their customers. Like their new radio ad on KSAM
says, they really do treat you like FAMILY! I love these guys. 5 Stars!

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service and poor body work. Hood misaligned. Diane wouldn't even speak to my husband or I. A simple fix should not take two weeks. Remember word of mouth goes a long way. Do not go here!

Don’t ever take your car to get fixed here. My car has been getting “fixed” now going on 3 months! They never contact you to keep you updated and the amount of excuses they make up is ridiculous. They took my car in on April and it’s already July. I’m a college student so imagine not having a car when you live 7 hours away from home. They have no sense of urgency and the amount of times they received the “wrong part” is absurd.

Stay away, stay very far away. Was a GM guy for my entire life (40+ years) and this dealership singlehandedly manage to destroy that. Couldn't fix a brand new car my wife bought, then completely messed up the steering on my car. Both cars bought there, both under warranty. Service managers would rather argue with you and tell you that you are wrong instead of fix the issue. I cant even get them to quit spamming me with advertisements. Will never buy from a Wiesner dealership again regardless of brand, and will never by a GM product as I might have to take it to the closest dealership and that simply will never happen.

Response to Clint McLaren, the GM:

Yes Clint, I know your name and who you are. I had been going there to buy our cars for many many years, since you were just a salesman and sold us that blue/gray Cadillac Deville. You might also remember, during the middle of all of this mess I sat in your office and talked to you personally. You came out and sat in my wife's new car while I explained how messed up it was and showed you the damage to the interior that your service department caused. Either you had no idea what was going on in your dealership, or didn't care, and I am not sure which was worse.

Senior citizens beware of this place! Wiesner took advantage of my parents which are senior citizens and overcharged them for the vehicle they bought. They bought a truck and paid a few thousand more dollars than the highest price suggested from Kelly Blue Book value. The highest suggested price is for a perfect truck without any issues or flaws. The truck my parents bought was not only overpriced but also has 2 big dents that the dealership is not willing to take care of. When I brought it it to the manager, he was defensive and rude. He did not want to help the issue and try to make things right. I would NOT suggest this dealership for anyone to buy a vehicle, especially senior citizens as they don’t care and take advantage of them!

Bought my suburban from this dealership, trying to get my car fixed and get a rental but they do not even carry rentals that can fit my family size. I bought a suburban and they have NO rental suburban or tahoes that I can use so I can attempt to get my vehicle serviced. Pretty ridiculous.

The sales dept is ok actually i got 2 vehicles from Weisner Huntsville -2019 GMC Sierra2500 and the 2020 GMC Acadia. But the service dept im disappointed with them.after a month i bought my brand new Acadia
the engine lights came on and they said damaged by rodent i paid 1k upfront. Last week my truck had leaking on rear wheel axle and should be covered by extended warrant by national auto care. I took to them and they said it has damage on the hub and had to pay from my pocket. I asked them many times how it has damage on the inside if no damage on the outside. They cant explain and i told them to put the parts at the back of my truck after they fix it so i could look but they didnt. Another thing on my receipt i saw addl charge on wheel alignment for $119 and it stated customer requests for wheel allignment i didnt tell them to do that i can go to discount tire to do it for free. You know what i will not do business with them anymore.and will not recommend either.

Called and spoke to Kale and applied for financing. Told him it wouldn’t be an easy task to get the approval we wanted. He called me back in less than an hour and we were driving away with our new car. Total professionalism 150%. I recommended them for any of your buying or service needs!

All I wanted is to them to do is put a front right power switch on and let me get the switch put it on and pay a bill so simple. They wanted to charge me $ 395.00 dollars to run a dinostic on it but they wouldn't do it

Salesman Jeremy myers was very professional, warm and knowledgeable. My GMC truck is my baby. He is took care of other questions. If your looking for a great dealership, come out to Huntsville Wiesner ask for Jeremy myers.

I had an issue with the roadside mowers and a bad dealing with another collision center. However Weisners Collision center has been very reliable and courteous, so far very pleased!
