I'm very dissatisfied with being placed on hold for extended periods of time in a damn que! You have humans to answer the phone so whyyyyy does this happen? Then from 1200-1: 45 pm they are out for lunch. Almost 2 hours for lunch! Ridiculous! Love my doctor but if I can't ever call to get in to see him, it defeats the purpose!

Best doctor ever. I had my baby back in June 22,2018 and was the best experience. Very proffesional and knowleged.

Wigberto Soto best doctor been my doctor since 2018 when i became pregnant with my first child im on my 3rd and he is wonderful.and the girl who works with him AMAZING

My major complaint is when you call the number they put you in a cue position. It literally took over an hour to move from cue position 4 to 3. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! If i knew of another gynecologist in my area i would have established myself as a new patient! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO HOLD ON THE PHONE CALLING ANY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS FOR OVER AN HOUR JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. If this continues I will be seeking the service of a new gynecologist!

The doctor is excellent but the staff leaves a lot to say. I have been trying to make an appointment for two weeks and nothing, they never return my calls. I have been in a lot of pain, and the doctor told me to call if I was still in pain after my surgery. Very bad service really

I have been with Dr. Soto for approximately two years. He has been an excellent professional. I admire his way of talking and treating his patients. For me ***** always, God bless Dr Soto

Love this place and all the staff is very friendly and attentive with this being my first pregnancy they definitely answer all the questions I have and make everything so easy! If I have more children I’ll definitely be back!

I came to Dr. Soto because of all the recommendations I had seen. Yes, he is very sweet and all but I honestly never had a good experience with any of my visits. Every time I would go, they never knew what I was in there for. I would always have to explain myself and what our last visit was about. And everytime I would get blood drawn I would never get a call back with the results like they would promise. From the beginning of the pregnancy we knew this was a miscarriage and he would always tell me what to expect on the next visit and then that would always turn into the next time over and over. Eventually 3 months passed and I ended up passing it and went to the nearest hospital due to the extreme pain and bleeding. There they asked me how long I had been dealing with this miscarriage and they seemed very concerned and asked why my doctor let this go on for so long. I finally had my last visit with Dr. Soto in February to check my hcg levels. All they did was send me to lab and I asked the nurse if they were going to call me with the results because they never do and she assured me she was going to make note of it. And still to this day I never got a call. As a matter of fact, I got a bill for a urine test that I didn't even do. I had to call them about it and again, she said she would get back with me about it and still no call. At this point I'm probably going to have to pay it just to be done with them.

He is the best there is. No questions are left unanswered. His experience and bedside manner is impeccable. Thank you, Dr Soto, for caring for our health.

Dr Soto was very attentive and kind hearted. This was my first visit with a male OB/GYN & it was the best experience than all others before. Ladies at the front were helpful too.

Beyond an amazing experience! We started off with a doctor and his nurse and ended with family! Dr. Soto and Lily are truly amazing! They made us feel so comfortable and made the pregnancy journey so easy! GREAT PEOPLE and will always go back to them! We absolutely love y’all! Thank y’all so much for everything y’all did for us!

Great service, clean office, nice & helpful ladys. Dr. Soto is very attentive explains everything using terminology that I would understand. Asked me a few times if I had any questions. I was in & out of his office pretty quickly.

Dr. Wigberto Soto is absolutely amazing! He delivered my first baby this year and I'm thankful I found him. Lili is so kind and friendly as well. I highly recommend going with them.

Dr. Soto is one of a kind! His energy is always welcoming and he is VERY experienced in his field! My sister and I both had the not so typical deliveries, but he was reassuring the entire process and made sure we both had safe deliveries! I suffered a miscarriage in October of 2022, and he went out of his way to make sure I got the attention I needed! I am thankful for his expertise and care he continues to give me!

Dr. Soto treated me during my first pregnancy and now my second as well. He is a super attentive doctor and always makes you feel comfortable. I never feel like he is rushing me like most doctors and he takes his time to answer any concerns/questions I have. I definitely recommend it. 10/10

Being a transfer from another doctor, I’m honestly going to say that I’ve received a higher level of treatment from Dr. Soto. He’s always in great spirits with a smile and welcoming attitude. Anyone who’s apart of the staff, have the same energy as Dr. Soto. I don’t regret transferring & I would recommend Dr. Soto and staff to anyone.

Dr. Soto has delivered all 3 of my babies and if I had more, I’d choose him everytime. He’s the best:) he’s super personable and caring towards his patients. 10/10 recommend him and his staff

Best OBGY, speaks Spanish and above all the care and trust that Dr. SOTO provides is the best.
