I am trying to call the office but it been closed for four days. I need someone to call me back or answer please.

Just so this agency knows I own this star.you have not earned it. I will share my experience as brief as possible.two years ago I decided to apply for their program and I was immediately selected.excited to have been so I found my way from my home town San Antonio to make it before 4 pm to my appointment.not familiar with corpus I passed the exit upon entering corpus in which caused me to arrive 15 mins late.as I explained they turned me away telling me they wasn’t having it.but they assured me once upon my arrival back in San Antonio a caseworker would gladly do my interview on the phone. I called everyday and no one returned my call a year later I reapplied for their program as to my worst experiences for a second time my caseworker named Mari.did not care to hear my situation about certain paperwork wasn’t provided by the agency she demanded.although it was was up to date and and turned in on time wasn’t her way.left me and my kids with the choice in her hand to help us or not although I continuously explained offices were closed and that’s the best I could do due to COVID 19 circumstances she insisted on the impossible.she eventually denied me cause of it.well this time is 3 rd time my situation is a bit more severe. I sleep in my car in a parking garage downtown where the manager let’s me in after 7 pm and must leave by 430 am nowhere to go but to a park. Amber is my caseworkers name insisted that’s was my choice and sleeping a parking garage downtown with my kids is not homeless it’s my choice although inexplained I’m not a resident at this hotel parking and far from my choice she insisted it was my residence and I asked to speak to a supervisor where amber assured me her supervisor would tell me the same thing then I asked for a number to a higher up she refused to give me the informative she calls me a day later to ask for my living status she insisted I was not honest when sleeping a downtown parking garage is my residence and denied me again 3 times I have come for assistance and all times the rude unprofessional impolite inconsiderate staff made me regret asking them for their assistance.this is work if they behave in such a way when this agency is help for many and I can only imagine their unhappy personal lives.these people need to all be replaced immediately cause they run this program to how they want and not as rules and regulations and our rights they are not human like they have been hurt or turned away too many times and now they in have a say at work and they yelll scream and are very rude females.their mouths attitude are as gutter as they are ghetto.although they have a house or an apt.they tell me so much more they don’t have a home and never had one.with this being said and that being done I still wish every staff member there an awesome day
