Wild Bill's Western Store reviews
17I was there for 30 minutes looking at boots trying to get a pair of ostrich boots ($400) and not one employee even came up to me to ask what size, you would think someone would ask if I needed help. I bought a janky shot glass instead and took my business else where.
This place is amazing prices are reasonable. We were just visiting so we went for touristy stuff. Employees were warm and friendly. If I were in the market for new boots and hat I would of definitely purchased from them.
I asked my husband this morning if we could stop by Wild Bills on our way home today. He agreed. So we set our GPS directly to the store. We drove down from Oklahoma and stopped on our way to Houston. Of course after a few hours of driving we needed to use the restroom. They refused to let us use theirs stating "we do not have one. " My husband asked well what do y'all do, run some where else too? The lady at the counter replied "well its out of order. " So we ran across the street used a local restaurant's restroom. Went back to the store and looked around and never once recieved any assistance. So we left.
One would think with the prices of their stuff they could afford to have a working bathroom for staff and patrons.
Brought my nephew here as he was visiting from england where cowboy culture is not a thing but he is really fascinated by it. Folks at the store were quite welcoming. Even though they were about to close for the day and knowing we were just there for a look see the older gentleman took his time and showed us around and help my nephew try on some hats. Even though i didn't purchase anything at the moment i have been waiting to return to dallas and will be purchasing my first pair of boots there.
My wife and I had a great experience shopping at Wild Bill's. The staff were helpful and they had a great selection of boots and hats.
Highly recommend, Bruce Bean was awesome. I have a small narrow foot and knew I'd be a hard fit but after picking a pair that was very close he said he could shape them no problem so I asked if he had others or even a slightly smaller pair. And he found the perfect pair of boots! Can't wait to pick them up! Thanks again Bruce and Wild Bill's!

A great place to visit. A very good atmosphere and authenticity all over the place. Very nice staff to share some great talks with. As a random Rhinestone Cowboy and a traveling tourist on the road, I just felt like I was at home - Awesome ;)!
You can go to Dallas TX for a lot of things, like the 6th floor museum but there's one thing you can't mis it's the Wild Bill's Western Store!
Take a flight to Dallas if you need boots or hats THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. Went there twice last weekend and bought hat, boots (my daughter and me), belts, wallet and jewel. People in store are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
I’ve been searching for the perfect boot and after visiting many stores this outshined everyone! The customer service and knowledge was exceptional! I love my Lucchese boots from my new go to place!
Such an awesome place! Their products are so unique and top notch! Customer service was also tremendous. If you’re looking for new boots, hats, or just an outfit make sure to check them out!
Cool place. Owner was friendly and selection was not huge but it was plenty. Everyone in our group found something they liked.
Was in the market for a new leather wallet. Staff took the time to show and answer questions. Informed me of what the 12 gauge button looking thing on the wallet was actually the bottom piece of a 12 gauge shotgun shell which is very cool.
Bought my very first pair of boots here and Bruce was super helpful to a NY transplant. Great selection and super helpful. Thanks Bruce!
I think they have a really unique selection of everything western. Their boots are very cool. Thank you Julie for assisting me. I will definitely shop online or in the store again.
Really nice store and very friendly and helpful. Stopped in to get some souvenirs for my kids and they had really nice and unique things. Lots of hats and cowboy boots too. Would recommend stopping by.
It's a GREAT store to purchase western wear and souvenir s. Large qualities and variety, not to mention great prices. I bought some Texas Shirts. My family bought hats, belts. Shopping in a great environment, not to mention the LEATHER AROMA.
A MUST to visit! I bought a great pair of boots, Stetson hat and belt buckle for a friend! A great place to spend some western money!
