On the scheduling website, it states to call If there are changes or will be late. She cannot answer calls when working on Saturdays, so basically she’d just rather attain a cancellation fee, as oppose to retain future business. She also acted as if she did me a favor by not requesting 100 percent of services when the website states 50 percent is the policy. I just sent the 50 without complaint or a card on file and noted she’s not someone I’d like to do business with in future.

Today was my first time going & I am impressed! She really worked her magic in 15 minutes. Dominique is super friendly and makes you feel extremely comfortable! Can’t wait to go back:)

She makes me feel very comfortable I just moved to this area and I’m so happy I found her. Definitely recommend her.

I booked her services for 2: 00pm for 30 minutes, Dom was prepared to start my services promptly at 2: 00pm and didn’t keep my a minute past 2: 25pm — some mainstream wax services can’t even commit to that SLA.
