Wild West Motoplex, Katy TX

Came here to trade in my motorcycle and the whole process was quick and easy. Alain in the sales department was very knowledgeable and helped me get in and out of the dealer fast. He even had my new motorcycle delivered to my house without a fuss! Service department was also quick to answer all my questions and get my bike ready for the road. Cant wait to see them again in a year or so when I upgrade!

I never purchased from Wild West Motoplex but WILL be in the near future. I was dealing with Rich McKelvey earlier this year over the phone in regards to purchasing a Yamaha. I got in a car accident and contracted COVID the day before I was going to finalize the purchase. Mr. McKelvey helped me out when I know other dealers wouldn't have. They definitely will earn my business in the near future.

I felt so comfortable despite it being my first time buying a motorcycle. Honestly nothing but praise to everyone working there. Staff knows what they're talking about and won't try to play games or do any tricks.

Don't take your bike for service if you have custom work done on your bike. The staff lied to the GM about things we did not discuss about my custom work and the Mechanic has a nasty unprofessional attitude. Josh the GM tried to work with me but it's the principle. I brought my bike to you for service and I received my bike back damaged. I will never do business again with Wild West Motoplex.

Bought my first bike from here. The level and dedication of customer service was unbelievably fantastic! Super helpful. Didn’t feel like they were in it for the money, but more to get me on the perfect bike for me. Highly recommend!

This was the very best big ticket buyer experience I've had yet. I went to a different Powersport dealership and they tried to rob me by adding the destination fee 2x to the price of the bike plus othe "miscellaneous" fees the WildWest did not add. Luckily I reviewed all invoices before signing anything. When Wild West Motoplex called me with the bike I was looking at at the "other" dealership with the out the door price being $1500 less and we were able to get all the financials straight over the phone. Once I drove out to Katy to pick up my new bike, I was in and out in under an hour. Rich and Chris are rock stars in my book. Thank you Wild West for such an amazing experience!

We called Wild West to inquiry bike and rick gave us appointment on the same day and showed and helped us getting our first bike. We got Yamaha MT-03 and we love it. Finance department was so helpful too. Did everything in one day. Plus they delivered the bike on my door step, which was a very good gesture. Thank you wild west for making this purchase very smoothly.

"Your team is amazing I came in 8 years ago and found Billy he saw me sitting on a r3 and was like would you like to purchase this bike I was like no not at this moment eight years later I met with Billy again and he told me to put a hold on one of the bikes and that he would have one come in and Id be first available so doing so I waited and then got a call from him saying that he had instead of a 2022 a 2023 ninja 400 so I told him Id like to buy this and did all the financial which was super easy and when I got there they had the bike ready for me I just had to fill out the paperwork with Chris which is phenomenally quick with the staff and knows his stuff and hes very helpful and they set me up with a helmet and jacket and some gloves and Im very happy with the experience that Ive had here. Kai and the service team worked to quickly resolve a gas tank issue with KTM America; taking pictures of the problem and providing documentation so that OEM covered replacement. Can't say enough good things about Wild West Motoplex or KTM!

I had the pleasure of working with the service department today, my bike picked up a nail in the rear tire and left me stranded, and not only did they get the job done quickly and efficiently, but they treated me like family the whole time. The service staff were very professional and exceeded my expectations on pricing and wait time. Hats off to the wild west service department!

Great experience! I called Rich in the morning to get some prices & told him I was coming from about 4hrs away. Everything was ready by the time I got there. Was in and out in 30 minutes with my new bike. Great service overall. Lost my truck keys on the way out and they even helped me look for them. Btw I did find them 300 miles later; they were wedged behind the truck bed. Thanks again

Five stars for service advisor Pat Plecenik who listened to my problem, looked at my Sea Doo, diagnosed and fixed the issue and had me on my way in minutes, saving a long anticipated jet ski vacation with our grandkids. At any other dealership my unit would have sat in the shop for weeks. I wish every company was as customer-centric as Wild West.whether for sales or service they have been professional, personable and straightforward, every single time over the decades.

Very disappointed in this place. My friends bike was there for about 6 weeks to have work done. I picked the bike up. I asked just one thing of the service desk guy — the bike has been sitting for a long time check the air in the tires — 37#/42# I said. He went out and checked and told me I was good. I thought it was strange he didn’t seem to put any air in. But I trusted him. I took the bike around the corner and once I got up to speed I found out the pressures were 30#/40#. That is unacceptable. He put me on the road with an unsafe low pressure tire. Won’t be back.

I just want to take a minute and thank Mr. Chris Sides and Rich Mckelvey. I bought my first Bike from and they made it super easy. They answered all my questions and were awesome to work with. I definitely will be returning in the future. Thank you

Andrew, knows his motorcycles and will provide honest feedback. He was able to help me with a few different things prior to purchasing. Chris was also very helpful in closing. In fact I’ve already had my 1st service and it was completed long before I expected.
