Wild Wing Station - Walzem, San Antonio TX

Its a nice restaurant with nice food and all but every time i go the cashier has a huge attitude and even the owner was flipping the food trays open to show us the food aggressively and it threw rice all over my friend multiple times

I had our food delivered, but the food was fire I loved the honey hot flat wings and fries 10/ 10 must try again

Honestly, the best place I've ever visited in my life! Not only was the customer service amazing, the food itself really danced its way through my taste buds!

I got the gyro with fries and a drink. It was okay but not the best. Hot and crispy fries

If you want to find a place that offers excellent wings and more, this is the place for you. If I could offer recommendations for wing choices, I would go with the classic hot wings, wet lemon pepper, or hot honey. Also, they have really good fried rice.

My wife and I live in the area and decided to give this place a try. We were wanting fish and looked worthy enough to try, and were disappointed. When we walked place was not inviting at all, we thought it was shutting down, going out of business. We proceeded to give this place a try and ordered, the cashiers were very immature and obnoxious. We asked Dr Pepper and Hi C and had an attitude because they had to put new ones in the fountain drink. We took our food to go and it was 5/10. We will never return to say the least

The food here is REALLY good! My personal favorite is their garlic Parmesan wings. But their fish is also pretty good. Anything you order here will satisfy your hunger. The catfish, the Philly cheesesteak, the fried rice, the burger, everything here is just delicious.

First the most important thing.
-Wings are awesome. The Buffalo Hot is a unique and delicious flavor. It’s so good I would pay to buy it bottled!
-The Lemon Pepper was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
-Fries are basic frozen fries and you get to add “seasoning” if you want, which I highly recommend as it does help.
-Ranch is served in a premade cup. HOMEMADE RANCH WOULD TAKE THIS PLACE UP A WHOLE STAR!
-The ranch and the fries…AND the service, lost them their star.

The service, is somewhat not their fault. It’s hard to get people to work right now, and beggars can’t be choosers.
But man, these young workers have no sense of courtesy, professionalism, or manners in general.
No greetings/welcomes for new customers entering the building…just eye rolls.
No smile with a “what can I get ya? ”
No professionalism over the phone…just a “at this point, you’re gonna have to come in” *hangs up phone, proceeds to put on headphones and dance*
Maybe that’s just how it is now, as this is becoming more common. Maybe it’s the area.
BUT if the fries and ranch didn’t lose them a star, their service would have.
Fix these things, Wild Wing Station, and you guys will be GOLDEN.

Food was good, the only thing they need to invest on Ac, place was hot to dine in and if you are trying fried rice please be advice to take your own Sriracha sause.

Update your hours maybe? Won't answer the phone and closed by 8: 20 when online it says 9 pm.

Ordered almost $100 dollars worth of food, reiterated my order 3 times! I went there and it was still wrong! Thought they fixed it but didn’t! Rice was hard and missing a meat that I was charged for! Called back (Nancy, whom knew who I was) and complained & Nancy told me didn’t I check my order & to bring my food back or call back the next day & even if I did they basically wouldn’t replace my order or refund me! Terrible customer service! Food was horrible! No customer service skills!

The worst experience ever. They forgot to start my order I requested a refund after waiting 30mins and was told that I would have to contact Uber eats which I did. Uber eats refused to refund me because the restaurant refused to cancel the order. I contacted the restaurant again who then stated if I had only waited 5 more minutes they would’ve gave me wings that they hadn’t even started yet. The most ridiculous experience ever!

Horrible the lady with the bold eyeliner is the rudest most upsetting person ever she always have a attitude every time i go in there doesn’t listen think she knows it all just the worst experience ever! Never going back

I have ordered the same items through Door Dash and Favor for a couple of years. I was ecstatic to find a place that has a variety of things my picky family will eat.

When it comes to placing orders through a delivery service, I have always entered it in the same way based off how it is shown in Door Dash. The last two times I have ordered, I have received calls from the delivery driver stating that the the employees have been combative and rude with them. They have challenged how the order is entered, both times for different reasons even as this is EXACTLY how Door Dash shows it in their system.

Once upon a time, this would have been a solid 4-5 stars, but attitude is everything. Please do better! There is absolutely no reason to be rude.

This place has easily become one of my favorite wing spots in San Antonio I guarantee you’ll be one of my first stops every trip down here…I had the combination fried rice with hot honey wings…spectacular

Still really enjoy the food here but the service is going downhill quick it seems, past few times I’ve been the lady working behind the counter she is definitely on the younger side, constantly on her phone even during purchase. Just doesn’t feel welcoming at all.

The wings were good to taste and packed very well. However, the wings were tiny, and the fries were not crispy enough. Overall we're good, and enjoy your wings.

Tasteless food. Ordered Tilapia, fries, okra and shrimp. Threw it in the trash halfway through my meal.yuck. The okra was the only think I'd recommend.

This is my second time ordering from them, and the food was just as delicious this time as it was last time. I ordered their beef gyro plate with seasoned fries and their individual side of fried okra which is a very large individual size. My husband got the chicken tenders and seasoned fries and the mozzarella sticks. It didn't take long for them to make the food, it came out hot and fresh. The staff have always been cordial and polite. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, although I seem to go when it's slower for them so it's also not very loud in there the two times I've gone. I feel like I'm eventually going to try everything on this menu because so far we've thoroughly enjoyed the gyro, chicken tenders, okra, fried mozzarella sticks and their burger.

Love taking my lunch here.the food is always great and made fresh and the staff is very friendly. Thanks for the great food!

My usual is the lemon pepper with seasoned fries but I'm excited to try the fried rice and chicken tenders.
