WILDCAT MART, Whitehouse TX

Not friendly today at all. Lady in baseball cap rude to customers. One needing bathroom key then to a lady returning milk. Lady said thank you she said nothing. She’s completely overwhelmed. If she can’t handle her job maybe she needs a new one.

We usually love this place since it's so close but we went in and the employee Nicole made very rude and weird gestures towards my 9 year old daughter throughout our visit there. Two separate occasions my daughter told me about. Just watch out for your kids.

My family visited this store to order lunch several times and were treated rudely. The food is pretty good from what I was told, but I would say please work on your customer service. Paying customers are a huge part of your business. Unpleasant atmosphere on the restaurant side.

You know, for the most part it's a good store. But the little stuff is what gets me from time to time. I tried to order a pizza 1 hour and 30 minutes before they closed and they told me they turned off their oven already. Which is cool if you have a vehicle to go to town and get real food. When I walked to the store and asked when they close their ovens, they told me one hour before close. So she turned it off early I'm sure to be able to leave at exactly 10, which is cool, but maybe turn your ovens off an hour before close and not almost two hours. Not the first instance, the only reason I took the time to make a review. I work in the food/service industry and I know it isn't hard to close things down at the proper time.

February 25th 8: 22 pm, came here to get gas, but the store was locked up. Not closed, locked up. The cashier had left the store unattended. Waited for 10 minutes. They never showed

Good but don’t go here If you need to go to the bathroom in a hurry because they lock the doors and you have to ask for a key. And in the picture below you can see mold below the hand dryer.

Employees are super slow here, DO NOT rush in before work if your in a time crunch, you will be late to your destination.

Wildcat is very convenient & a nice clean store BUT DO NOT GO 1ST THING IN THE MORNIG! The woman who opens will put you in a BAD mood as soon as you walk in! She is SO RUDE & EXTREMELY HATEFUL! We do EVERYTHING we can now to NOT have to stop there in the morning!

I just don't like how I'm treated and talked to when I visit. Plus they don't sell alcohol. I don't go there any more due to both of those factors.

Cleanest gas station I have ever seen. Especially the bathrooms. My favorite place to get gas

Worked a day and quit. Still have not been paid. The manager (Angela) with the red hair and glasses is very rude and needs some major people skills. The owner is a decent man but I will not work for a manager that acts like that.

Feb 1st 2020 around 11am Lady behind counter very rude. She left burning cig on brick outside door so you got smell of smoke walking in. Took pic of cig to send to health service along with fire marshal

Y'all have an employee by the name of Suni Quackenbush mouthing to the customers about stuff that has nothing to do with her job. I called and tried to talk to the manager about it and she was rude and said she didn't have time for it. So I guess it's ok for your employees to bad mouth your customers to other customers. Your manager Aron or Arian said it needs to be taken care of outside the store.
