Fabulous place to RV, friendly and helpful staff, and very reasonable lot prices. Has Wi-Fi available through Gtex, for only $3.87 for 30 days.

I’m sure it’s probably nice if you live there but when it’s listed as a resort you do expect more. Website indicates Wi-Fi available. First when we arrived Friday afternoon looking for our spot since there was no one at the office it was closed. Okay, if we have a problem there was no emergency contact information with paperwork. Secondly We had no Wi-Fi learned on Saturday you have to pay for it through some company outside the resort. Ran into issues with cell towers working on 1 bar and not able to connect with out hotspot. Also not very many activities going on. My husband did go fishing nice small lakes stocked with fish. I went swimming in the pool was pretty good.

All in all a nice park except for 2 things. First was I only had half of the 50amp service that worked when I pulled in late Saturday night but Noah did get me fixed up the next day. Second thing is the 30.06/30.07 (no concealed/open carry weapons) sign just inside the park. It's invalid and cannot, by *state law*, be enforced on anyone in their RV or personal vehicles on the property. It can be enforced in any building, such as the office, but not as the above. That is the law.

This campground was absolutely beautiful! The staff in the office were very customer/guest friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The campsites were large, and we didn't feel cramped or crowded by the sites next to us. Very quiet, peaceful, and we felt safe. The entire campground was well maintained. We loved every minute of our week spent there. We highly recommend this campground and will be back next year.

We visited someone who lives at this RV Resort and were very surprised how nice it was. First of all, it is tucked away so good that we didn’t even know this place existed. Everyone was super friendly and it was clean. It is actually a very big resort and was quite full of residents. A good portion of the lots had a a large canopy that they parked their RV under which I thought was nice.

Loved this place. Make sure you have your own wifi. Our cricket phones and tmobile internet did not work out here, that’s the only complaint I have. Everything else was perfect, spacious, peaceful. Full hook ups, laundry, bathhouse, activity calendar, pool, ponds, playground, wildlife, walking trails, family and dog friendly. Lots of full timers here but they do offer overnight, weekly monthly rates too. Everyone was friendly, we were here for 3 months in the winter and it was great! Lake Corpus Christi state Park is right up the road. Mathis is about 10 min away. Propane service is available as well.

This is an amazing RV Campground with a ton of activities. Hosts and guests are extremely welcoming.
