3My family and I lived here for little over a year. Management was the worst. Never could get ahold of anyone. Our apartment had several issues that took forever getting fixed and now that we’ve been moved out since the end of August. Our final bill that was supposed to be mailed to our new address got sent to collections and the complex is charging over $500 in just cleaning fees. Worst apartment complex by far. Would not recommend living here at all
Wonderful property and the manager was more than helpful I would highly recommend these apartments to any one looking in Brownwood
THE MANAGER AMANDA V IS A TERRIBLE PERSON. SHE MADE UP LIES AND EVICTED ME SHE ALSO GOT ME KICKED OFF HOUSING FOR 5 YEARS I HAVR BEEN HOMELESS WITH MY 16. YR OLD. PREVIOUS LANDLORD WAS GREAT AND THEN AMANDA CAME AND HAD IT OUT FOR ME. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS DONT HAVE ANY FAMILY FROM OUT OF STATE COME VISIT YOU YA WILL I REPEAT YOU WILL GET EVICTED.
