Thank you so very much to all of you for taking such good care of my father Marcus Dollar, William Marcus Dollar. We lost him suddenly from COVID on February 4,2022. You all helped my family so much at such a terrible time. Linda, my step mother was helped by all of you through so many aspects of his death beyond his preparation, viewing and delivery to the National Cemetery. Thank you for continuing to support her. The gentleman who drove my father was so respectful, kind and caring. He was patient and we could feel his kindness. Thank you. To the kind woman who prepared my father. She did such a nice job. I appreciate her caring for him at a time when I really wanted him to be well cared for. I met her and she was very nice. The garden room was also very nice. I was able to see my father one last time alone. I was not rushed and was allowed to grieve in my time. I just wanted to thank all of you. I should have said something before now. We used WHB for both of my parents and will use them for ourselves as well. Steve was very helpful and took us through the entire process in a very kind and helpful manner. I knew exactly how I wanted things done and he was able to make them happen! The very best part of the experience to me was the Aftercare process. Ashley was EXTREMELY helpful in taking us through all the business of what happens after—social security, Medicare, fraud, etc. It was incredibly helpful. Thank u for offering this service WHB!

We were met with the utmost compassion, caring and professionalism while planning for our Mother’s services. Talibah was an excellent director and extremely helpful through the necessary arrangements and the services. And Sherene with aftercare was so very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Abigail and Bill were so helpful in getting us through this hard time. They took care of ao many things and John DeGiorgio who they suggested we use went above and beyond for the service. Everything was beautiful and stress free for our family. Cannot say enough good things about the staff at Wilkerson funeral home. They were all amazing and we appreciate everyone of them more than words can say. We also used the aftercare service they offered to help close accounts which takes a hige burden off of us, so thank you so much to Kathy Mills for helping us take care of everything. In our deep sorrow, WHB Funeral Services offered us comfort, professionalism, and kindness throughout the preparation, church funeral and burial services. Our director Josh was thorough and efficient, gentle and respectful for our mom at all times. Talibah was thoughtful and kind and attentive to her needs and ours. I wish to extend my gratitude to the many gentlemen who presented themselves with the utmost courtesy and respect of us and especially as they gently moved Mama to each location. A difficult task without casket handles, we all soon realized, they were amazing in carrying her to her final resting place. We are truly grateful for your professional and pastoral ways for our mom. Have two paid policies for the two of us. Went there to make sure they would accept the policies upon our death. They examined the paid up policies and informed me that I could get the money no matter where I was buried. Another words " cash up front boy"your family can make a claim on the policy! Needless to say we are making plans elsewhere. In answer to your response I went to another mortuary and they called the company my partner was insured with and they told them all they needed to do was call them with the policy # and the money would be sent to the mortuary. Since my partner died last year everything was taken care of by the mortuary. I ended having to pay an additional $ 35. So you gave me an excuse for not wanting to be bothered. I did take the policy's and showed them to your representative

I would give this place one star but they don’t even deserve that. The mountain of issues that arose with my mothers funeral was unreal. They promise and sell you the moon and the stars and don’t deliver. Unless you like being toyed with don’t use them.

In the heartbreaking events that led to my interactions with Wilkirson Hatch Bailey, they have been so helpful through this and I highly recommend them to anyone who needed funeral services. Everyone I have been in contact from there has been pleasant, helpful and very caring.

Walking through this process is never easy, even if you are prepared. WHB staff went above and beyond to answer questions and make the process bearable. Their kindness and attention to be proactive for what we may need was so beneficial. We were pleased with all the services they offered and were very well taken care of.
