There was a delay with the arrival, but it was Saturday and I totally understand. Travis and Mike were amazing, swapped out my water heater in less than 2 hours (pretty good if you ask me). Very professional and great work. I will recommend Will Fix It to anyone who needs help with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. Great service, reasonably priced. Thank you!
I was impressed by how quickly they showed up after I called. Once the guy arrived, the issue wasn't what he thought it was so he had to troubleshoot the electrical issue. He was able to get it resolved quickly. I also felt that the charges were fair. I will use them again in the future.
Unit they originally brought was dented so they went and swapped it out. Great job on the install.

After a mishap from a previous technician, James was great at explaining everything and figured out exactly what was wrong with the unit. He took the time to tell me about the different options that I had with my new Nest and answered all of my questions. I appreciate him being patient with me and guiding me through this unit that we had installed. I wish he could do all of our house calls! I will definitely request him in the future.
