I had my AC replaced and some ductwork done during the summer. There was an AC installation issue. Victor was on it. He made sure everything was taken care of quickly. I was extremely impressed with his integrity. He didn’t play the “blame game” and was transparent when he explained the problem. People talk a lot about shady AC, plumbers, etc. My experience was quite the opposite. I highly recommend Willard.

I used Willard to replace my a/c unit this summer and WOW. I could not have asked for a better experience. Install, communication, timeliness, professionalism and service were phenomenal since day one. Highly recommend.

Dana Bacon first came by to assess the needs for a new system. He thoroughly explained the inefficiency of our old system and what needed to be done to make the new system more efficient. He was very professional, detailed in layman's terms and competitively priced. They were not the cheapest but the difference in price was warranted by their professionalism and explanations. Steven and Chaz came in to do the installation work. They worked very well together and made sure everything was installed correctly and well-balanced. We examined 4 companies and found Willard to be the most professional and hands down the best all the way around.

Jose M serviced my air-conditioning system his knowledge of the air-conditioning systems and controls are a credit to Willard Heating and Air and he is very kind Technian explained what he was going to do and recommended signing up for the quarterly maintenance program which I did, 5 Stars for Jose

My house stays around 80 degrees during the day so I tried to have them fix it. They told me $2500 to fix it so i did it, that didn’t work so now they want to replace the unit and with only partial credit from previous repairs that fixed nothing. I feel the communication could have been much better! They even just noticed some issues on the 3rd visit how come they didn’t know the coil was leaking and there was a burnt wire on the original service call.

Omar and Cesar and did my heating and tune up and gave good advice on what the next steps are.

Oct. 26,2023 Ivan did a great job. He is very polite & professional. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Very pleased.

June 18,2021 - Andrew Thompson, service technician, did a great job! Prompt courteous and very professional Seemed very knowledgeable and willing to explain what he was doing, and what he found during his inspection. No pressure just clear helpful info. Very pleased with service but unfortunately he found the ongoing Freon leak was in the coil.showed me the video.

June 28 - Mark & Chris, service technicians, installed new coil in my attic in less than 3 hours. Very courteous and professional, explained as they went. Kept work area clean and tidied up when done. Before they left quality control tech Oscar came by to double check the work and explain warranty. Willard will complete warranty and registration paperwork and provide me with copies. Oscar said he would be back in about 2 weeks to check to be sure Freon is fully charged and everything working properly. Very reassuring! Would have preferred not to need new coil but experience with Willard was great! Highly recommend.
