Williams Fried Chicken #67, Tyler TX

The best chicken tenders EVER! They are always perfect, big, juicy and full of flavor! I try to go get a 10 piece every weekend, sometimes twice. Whether you go at 2 in the afteenoon or midnight, the chicken is always fresh, hot and on point. The manager is always friendly, professional, very personable and all about customer service. He is certainly a great asset to the company. I would definitely give them 10 Stars if it were an option. Eat there and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Coming from out-of-town and they were looking for something different this place had it all from gizzards too chicken to jalapenos fried okra.it all, drive up only!

The corn is very very dry all time I ask for corn and I get 37.00 chicken all-time an more

Ordered livers around 2: 30 on 7/4/2023& opened the box on lunch and it was a box of what looked like black tar.when was the last time they changed grease my god… wish I could post picture.

Chicken was not as l had been told it would be No flavor greens were cold it’s very much not worth the money over priced

My Grandmother and my mother had an old saying if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything may God bless you all and all you know PS you constipated highly recommend eating there

They need change out the cooking grease oil. Chicken was dark brown colored instead of golden yellowish like supposed to be

Too expensive. Guys just want to sell the most expensive items. I understand as long as it is their restaurant. The sides are small containers. Not worth the money. Greasy food. Thank you for your time. Have a wonderful day. Smile.

Disgusting you can tell they use day or days old grease to fry chicken. It was hot but saturated in oil. The fries were so disgusting they taste like water. The spicy rice wasn’t rice. It was like baby food. And after attempting to eat some of it my stomach is hurting really badly. I will never ever eat there again. I don’t see how this place has a 3.7 rating.

I placed my order at speaker then had to replace and correct staff at window. I ordered a 2 piece dark w/ roll, 1 piece white breast w/ roll, 3 extra rolls and a large mashed potato with brown gravy. I got charged for an extra small potato I got a wing instead of breast no extra rolls and they didn't even give me the small potato they charged me for and I didn't get any gravy. Totally ridiculous.

Not located at the best spot however their food without a doubt makes up for it. By far it's the best chicken around. With a huge menu to choose from.

I’ve been coming to Williams since “2005”. So disappointed and disgusted at what it’s become. The staff now are truly not what they use to be. I miss that “GREAT” customer service. It’s gone downhill since we lost our “urban” people. The only thing that’s somewhat better at this location is the fixed parking lot. I only come here for nostalgia purposes, definitely not for the people who work here, or for the overcharged prices. New management or new employees or both! What we have currently isn’t working!

This place needs to be reported to all the proper authorities. The man who works here is extremely evil and tries to poison people. My drink tasted like chemicals, and I am almost positive that he put something in it.

If I could give no stars I would! I came today and the ghetto girl who took my order was so unprofessional…. I asked for a specific deal and she says “it should be out der” Now if I saw the family deals on the menu then I wouldn’t asked questions about it…. Majority of the HAND WRITTEN signs isn’t readable again that’s why I asked and the girl had an attitude…. Unlike Churches and southern classic their menu is well lit readable Williams need to do better and training these ghetto females in the window…. And I left without ordering I heard they had rats anyways
