Willie Joe's Processing reviews
10I have eaten a lot of beef jerky all over the great state of Texas, and this might be the best jerky I have ever had. The smoky flavor was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend that if you have the opportunity, buy this and enjoy as soon as you can. Enjoy/disfruta!
Great meat market! Friendly, great customer service. Quick turn around time for deer processing.
Worst beef jerky I've ever eaten. It was so tough you could have resoled the bottom of your shoes with it! One star is really one too many!
First off let me say the flavor of this beef jerky is FANTASTIC! But I bought it at a gas station, and it was so damn hard to chew, jerky shouldn't take hours to chew, stop giving out thin slices, it has great taste dont be petty!
Best meats ive had love the jerky not chewy not soft like others real beef jerky dam good flavor and quality if you see a pack and want a real jerky buy it
Bought this lil'pack. I loved it. It was not salty or chewy. Just right! Going see if I can order some by mail
Great Artisan butcher that specializes in processing for small farmers. To do great custom work great sausage and really provide a valuable service to small farms.
Best meat processor in the area. Stop into the retail sales area small but amazing products made on site. Aggie owned!
Never been here. But just wanting to let them know y'alls stuff is the best! High quality meat! My fav!
Regarding processing your wild game. If you want to maximize the meat on your game, get a competitive price and just not feel over all screwed over, I HIGHLY recommend taking the money you save by not going here and just buy the equipment to do it yourself at a huge discount in comparison just for the initial purchase. The smoked sausage tastes great, but it's just trial and error to make it yourself. Everything else costs more to get less than buying the equipment to just do it yourself, and my first try at venison jerky using a YouTube recipe destroyed the jerky from here. Do it yourself or shop elsewhere.
