Willie's Grill & Icehouse, Cypress TX

Love this place! The food is always great, and my husband and I love the reasonably priced margaritas. Last time we came in our server was Kira and she was SO sweet, always on top of everything, and really anticipated our needs I feel like we hardly had to ask for anything! Waters stayed full, when we were done with anything she cleared it right away, and she made us feel welcome and taken care of. Hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had. We will definitely be requesting her next time we go!

Really enjoyed it. The grandkids were really intrigued by the sandbox although we didn't have time to let them play in it.

Saw sign and almost turned around. I'm a GM at restaurant and knew experience would be horrible. My wife didn't want to leave said ok. Stayed server excellent. Food took forever but server and manager made up for slow food. I've Left bad comments but had to leave good feedback tonight service outstanding. Keep up the good fight.

Their bacon burger is DELISH! I've tried a few dishes and none of them compared to the burger. YUMMMM! Chips and salsa were pretty good, too. They also have a nice patio area and service is good.

Really slow service tonight. We normally go the one on 249. My burger got mustard and onions on it when I specifically asked for Mayo and no onions. Very disappointed fix this location.

My daughter and I met up for a quick bite after work one day. We have always loved Willies and today's visit was no different. Our waitress Megan was fantastic and did a great job of keeping us happy the entire time without being too overbearing. Thank you, we will be back again!

The shrimp was cold when I got it. The amount of hamburger in the nachos was nonexistent and not even taco flavored very disappointed

First time ever experiencing this establishment, and by far will not be the last. Encountered "Cody & Meagan"and they were delightful and so helpful, side note the Frozen Jack and Coke is a winner. The wait staff was attentive and so accommodating. Our waitress "Laylana" was so prompt and catering to our whims and wishes.thank you for being a staple and nestled in our community. A great experience and I didn't even the food was great along with the appetizers.

I always liked this location. The bacon cheeseburger is really good. The fried mushrooms always taste fresh and flavorful. Tried the wings today and they were really good to. The wait staff is always very friendly and it's always clean and cool, even when the roll up doors are open. The only knock might be that this location is probably a little too small for the amount of business they do. If it was twice as big inside it would still be full during the rush.

Always enjoy coming to this Willies location. They are veey nice and area is also decent. My fav here is always the Chicken Fried Steak with Cream Gravy on mashed potatoes n steak. The Vegetables were super yummy. Inhad then split my plate in half. My 12yr old daughter n I shared. And why? Because I come here for the ONION RINGs Omg! Best ever.ordered Sm.and shared with hubbs n 16yr son! Delish!

Expected alot more in terms of food. Everything was generic, nothing stood out. Signature drink was bleh. CROWDED, no masks. Will not return.

Willies is always consistently good and high quality food. Some really good fried seafood for a great value. Sat on the patio and it felt safe with tables spaced apart and the walls open. Nice atmosphere and great food!

Nice to be at Willie"s again - forgot how much fun it is - good catfish - spouce had shrimp - Bud Light - weather was perfect - Basketball on several TV's - Heavan

This location like any Willie's is pretty good, Great Customer service, this place is clean, organized, and well staffed. Food was good jut the same as any other Willie's location.

This has to be the most misleading, and horrible food.
How long does it take to brown, fried pickles? And the Catfish, is horrible, and small.
Never coming here, again.

Love coming here when I visit my Mom in Cypress. The ice chests full of beer while you wait in line are fun and the staff is super nice. I eat a plant based diet and Michelle was super sweet in helping me choose from the menu. Thanks Willie's for a great experience!
