I recently visited Willingham & Galvan to update Estate Planning they did for me, quite a few years ago. I found a new physical location with very nice suite ambience, friendly new office staff and the same affable, knowledgeable Taylor Willingham. We reviewed my situation, updated documents and even implemented a change that greatly improved my plan.

I originally reached out to Cindy Galvan in need of her services back in March. Her and her staff were very responsive until we no longer needed their services and they had already taken our retaining fee. I have been reaching out to them for MONTHS and her paralegal Olivia keeps beating around the bush and won’t give me any answers or even bother to call me back like she always says she will. We are talking about a few thousand dollars. Horrible customer service. I can’t imagine being in an important case with them when they cant even call a client back.

My wife and I have never done anything like this before and they made us feel so comfortable.

Met with Taylor as he advertises he is an elder care attorney. He did draw up our documents. They were not tailored to us as there were wrong names, as it was a form document. When we had follow up questions he was impossible to get a hold of. In actuality, it was a blessing in disguise. He doesn’t have the knowledge, we thought he did, regarding Medicaid, and elder care in general regarding the law. Speaking to a REAL elder care attorney we now know there will be no issues when my mom passes with Medicaid. Thanks for your lack of response Taylor!

Attorney Carla Alston is who you need to advise you on estate and family planning, and how to protect your personal and business assets. As a young family I wasn’t quite sure I needed to think about estate family so soon but after speaking with Carla she assured me I did so I worked to get my will and POA in place. A few years later I came back and worked with her on a trust. Carla is knowledgable, understanding, and empathetic to the unique needs of each individual. She provided me with two short books one in which she co-wrote on estate planning. Working with Carla has greatly increased my knowledge and how to care for my family long after I’m gone - so glad to have her on my side!
