Terrible they are grand theft businesses and they take all of the money and they leave $60 each month to everybody

If I could give a zero I would: (. For the fact that my brother & I sat from morning until bedtime with my mom we saw a lot of things that weren’t done right: (. Thank god we were able to sit with our mom & see the lack of care with patients in there & brought our mom home Witnessed first hand with my moms roommate she was in a wheelchair & couldn’t even get help with a shower except once a week Only one aid would help her the others avoided her! The week I took my mom out they messed up on my moms medication three times in one week! The only time I seen they tried to do their jobs even a little was when the state was there! Would never ever consider a facility for a loved one after sitting in this one for seven months: (and seeing all the neglect of care!

Don't even know where to begin - Have been so very pleased with all that Jay did for my family in getting my father transferred from hospital to Willows. He went well beyond just doing his job. Every question, need, or special request I had he responded to. Dad was in a total loss of cognition when transferring and I am in Tennessee with him in Texas. We did it and now he is resting, acting like himself and getting the rehab he needs. Thanks Jay for all you have done for us! Praise God for your kind enthusiastic committed person being in our lives when we needed you.

My father in law and my husbands 94 year old grandpa stayed at the willows for about a month each. They had horrible experiences. I do not recommend this place at all. Poor bedside manners. My husband's grandpa is in a wheel chair. He can not stand or walk. He ended up with a black eye that has yet to be explained and his glasses are broken.

The most horrible dirty place I’ve seen. Most staff were rude and all were inattentive. It took 3 days to get moved and my husband died 3 days after leaving. He was horrified at possibly having to return there. If anyone is interested I have pictures and details of somebody the treatment

My Grandmother has been here for a year and loves this facility.

I've been a resident here for almost a year and it has been great. Best therapy department I have ever been involved with; they are very encouraging and push you to want to improve yourself. The aides are very personable and caring. I only wish my father, who passed back in Nivember of 2018, and I lived closer when he was needing therapy, he would have gone here to get better.
