We had an amazing experience with Chad. He not only explained everything, he was also kind when explaining things we didn't understand. When installing the new water heater he explained every step of the process, and showed us how damaged our old one was. I would highly recommend. The level of professionalism was apperciated. The ladies in the office were also understanding and kind.

The only plumbing service company I will ever use! All of their techs are well-educated and the owners work super hard to make sure their clients are taken care of. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality work at a fair price in a timely manner. These guys are honest and upfront about the work needed, and best of all they're local so your money stays in the community!

This vehicle cut me off 6: 53 AM on 11/15/2023 at the corner of 410 and hwy87. I had to slam on my brakes causing my children to spill their drinks all over the back seat. If they are this inconsiderate and careless on the road, I can only imagine what their work is like. Probably horrible like thier driving.

Technicians who came have no experiences for working on my kitchen faucet which is ok since they can learn and call their colleagues. The bad thing is that they even tried to leave without finishing whole work including that the faucet base was very loose and no caulked plus the faucet handle won't stay after lifting. They told me that "that's your job, not mine" which made me upset.

If the technicians came only for replacing the faucet cartridge why they charged me $344? The technician told me "we will fix all issues of the faucet" when I signed it. He said that the price is for fixing whole thing on the faucet. There is no reason that as a plumbing company you only fix part of the faucet issues if other person touched the faucet which is ridiculous.

Juniper was very knowledgeable with the fix, quick repair and also provided advice for future issues.

Very happy with service and plumber who installed my new garbage disposal. They knew exactly what to look for to determine the problem. I would highly recommend them.

Used Will’s plumbing twice this week. Our technician, Leonardo Ramirez and his assistants did a thorough job. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job of explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done. Will use them again.

Having to get plumbing repairs done ranks up there with situations that are generally not something to look forward to. Working with Will's Plumbing and Testing Service, however, makes a bad situation much better. Everytime we've had to use them they have responded quickly, understood what we needed, and were ready to get the job done there and then. The work they've done for us has been excellent and I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

Good job! They came within the time specified; were clear about what they were going to do to diagnose the problem and the estimate/charges for the work.

The problem was a wet spot near the house where the main line comes in. After digging, they found a cracked adapter. Turned out to be a much easier repair than I feared.

Leo and Abraham were very professional and knowledgeable even though they haven’t been with the company long. Leo let me know before I approved the repair as to the steps that were potentially necessary if it didn’t work and of the possible damage that could occur. I liked that because I wasn’t surprised when the necessary damage occurred. All in all of the two times I’ve reached out to Will’s, I have been satisfied and will contact them if I need their services again. Thank you!

Called for an emergency leak GREAT customer Service from start to finish. Fast response (showed up within 45 minutes) Leonardo found the issue and had the issue fixed within a timely manner. Fred and Junior responded to my service call. Junior worked on a leaky faucet while Fred replaced a garbage disposal. Both worked quickly and professionally and both sinks worked correctly afterward.
