Wilson's Heat & Air, Emory TX

Wilson heating and air is an excellent company to deal with, they installed three zones in our million dollar home and it works fabulous. I would recommend this company to anyone. I’m a builder and I’ve built a lot of homes over the last 50 years so I know what I’m talking about. Robert Allegro

I would highly recommend Wilson's Heat & Air. They went above and beyond for me. I would give the technician an A+. I will definitely call them for all my AC needs. Very professional, on time, and at a reasonable price.

I called them the day after a big storm, because my unit was having trouble. They were at my property within an hour. Preston showed up and assessed the problem very quickly, then replaced the part that was the problem. He even shared information on when they had previously replaced the unit back in 2015 stating that the part that was replaced should be under warranty. Will definitely be calling them if I have any issues in the future!

Responded when called. On time to appointment and restored the system to satisfactory condition.

Same day service, on time, called before arrival and very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again!

I recently had Wilson's replace my poor quality original Mini Split system. Switching it out for a different manufacturer and better quality system so this was a retrofit situation. Issues did occur of a square peg/round hole nature, they are to be expected with a retrofit. However, everyone at Wilson's was committed to quick resolution and provided excellent service and support. I can't Thank them enough.

Wilson does a great job for us. Their guys are always so nice and courteous. Would highly recommend them.

Do not recommend. Called them out due to the system continuously freezing up. Technician Sid I was low on Freon and put 4 lbs of Freon in the unit and charged me $600. After he left the motor started making an awful noise so I called another company to come and and check it and they said the motor was in a bind due to being overfilled and had to remove over 4 lbs to get it back where it needed to be which cost me another $200. Tried to talk to the owners about the situation to see if they would make it right or at least meet me in the middle and they refused. Only complained cause I let someone else have their Freon.
