4Alot of windcrest residents are rude. They feel there entitled and privileged. There very confrontational too ive experienced. I don't feel comfortable even living here anymore.
Speed limit is a joke, it changes back and forth between 35mph and 20mph so you can earn tickets and the city got more money!
Regulations and fees for everything!

This city is a joke. I'm glad they don't serve my neighborhood anymore. My boyfriend was with his buddy two days ago, His friend was driving who was highly intoxicated and my boyfriend had a open container that was his fault of course. The police does nothing to his friend and gives my boyfriend a ticket, doesn't give his friend one then tells my boyfriend he has only one phone call.
This so called city is ridiculous. A scam of a city. A shame to be a part of Bexar county. Got a speeding ticket going 2 over 20 mph. And as one of the p.d got off he got off with a smirk. Saying he was tailing for 5 blocks. When I had just turned the corner from the house I came from. I went through with their procedures and it’s all a scam. Money thirsty “city”
