Window Source of San Antonio

I went on Saturday, morning and talked to Design Consultan Joe Bustos.

He was very helpful and made some great recommendations about the different windows available.

I was able to get an estimate, and will seriously consider The Window Source for replacing 29 windows.

But, first I need to submit the documents need for HOA approval.

The installation team was amazing. Professional on time and clean. The windows look great and are super efficient

My experience with this company was outstanding. Starting with the salesman, scheduling department, and the installers. The installers did an amazing with the numerous windows I had. I'm very happy with my experience with this company and my windows.

They did an amazing job with our windows! Highly recommended them very efficient done in 2 days!

We are very happy with our new windows! You can really tell the difference from the original 1959 single pane windows. These new double hung windows are nice and clean. Great communication from start to finish. Definitely recommend 10/10

We decide to replace our windows. Called several companies, and hands down Window sources was the best choice. Thier windows are built solid. They have a lifetime warranty and the most important thing, the wife loves them. The price is what I liked. They will definitely be getting my buisness for our new door.

I was ready to post my review the day my windows were installed because 1) I had been super impressed with the professionalism Mike displayed when working with me to get my windows ordered over the phone as I was living out of town from the home they’d be working on at the time, and 2) the installers arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and were so kind and respectful, and most of all I appreciated how understanding they were about the state of our home (we had just moved in a few days before so there were boxes and belongings ALL over the place and it did not phase these wonderful people at all). I did wait to post this review until after I’ve lived with these new windows for over 2 months now so I could speak to the window quality as well.

REVIEW: We had 13 windows fully replaced with these incredible double paned windows that open inwards for easy cleaning AND slide up and down, which is a feature I and so glad we decided to upgrade to because we can now have our windows open without worrying about our dogs jumping out since the windows slide down from the top too! There are so many good things I can say about this company and the products & services they provide, but I’ll leave it at this, the customer service was outstanding — I truly felt valued as a customer by Mike when he made himself available to answer all of our questions and scheduled phone appointments to better suit our needs. The installation team was incredible and the whole process took around 4 hours, which felt like no time at all — they cleaned up their work space and took all the old windows away as part of their window buy-back program (which gave me $1300 in credit), and they even fixed a screen on-site. The windows themselves are just lovely and we are so happy with them and feel so good knowing they have lifetime warranty if and when we ever need to replace one. YES, having 13 windows installed was expensive, but the quality of the windows, the customer service & the fact that this company traveled a few towns over to us made it all worth it and we are just pleased with this investment into our first home. The only downside I could think to point out was the time it took to get the windows in, but even then, that’s something you’ll experience anywhere you go and the company is very upfront about that from the get go, and we actually only ended up waiting for 3-4 weeks which feels pretty standard. Overall I am so happy we went with the Window Source of San Antonio! 10/10 would recommend!

I would definitely not recommend this company! Owner, Moses Torres, has blown us off many times and ignored our calls and texts. We will still have the many saved texts with no response. We spent over $17K with this company and now we are scared to death if we have problems with our windows too. This company will probably be out of business when we do have issues with the luck we have had with them. Moses is good at the sale, but has nothing behind him but smoke and mirrors when it comes to him servicing us and honoring his warranty. I have told many folks what they are doing is fraudulent and I wish I would have gone with my gut, Window World. There is a reason he does not work for them anymore! We were promised a new backdoor that was defective. It has been over a year and we are still waiting for the new door they promised six weeks later. And yet, still no response. Our only option is to take legal action against them, but we feel these people aren't even worth our time. Please folks.read their BBB accreditation and complaints and I wish I would have known now they they have been revoked. Do your research and trust your instinct.

We went to their office, was told to email measurements and they would get back with prices. Did so. Heard nothing, 2 weeks later I emailed again that I was very interested in getting prices as they were referred by friends. Still nothing. Called and the lady verified I was using the correct email, said she would have JBustos email me back. 3 weeks letter, nothing!

Installation crew were professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about the product and cleaned up afterwards. Lead tech demonstrated and answered all my questions. Definitely will recommended. Super job and pricing was great

I contacted them for a quote to which they responded very quickly! They were great about following up with me to make sure the quote worked for me! My installations for windows and sliding door were amazing! We are extremely happy with the service!

I purchased 18 windows and 1 patio door and they were installed easily and I’m enjoying them thanks to this company for their great service starting with Joe Bustos and to the wonderful installers the Meza team they were very professional and easy to work with.
